Take a slow breath in and let it go.

Feel your body arriving in this moment,

A gentle settling,

A quiet recognition of where you are.

Let your awareness move through your body,

Meeting each sensation with openness.

Everything here is welcome.

Everything can be exactly as it is.

Let another steady breath in and feel the space around your heart area expand,

A lightness gathering in the chest,

A soft internal clarity beginning to form.

With each inhale,

Your body gathers ease.

With each exhale,

Your system releases what it no longer needs to hold.

Allow a sense of grounding to form beneath you,

Steady,

Supportive,

Present.

Feel the weight of your body connecting with that support,

As if the ground is quietly holding you in a calm,

Unwavering way.

Bring your attention to the center of your chest,

A calm,

Warm point of presence.

Imagine a gentle glow there,

Steady and natural,

Radiating through your entire being.

This glow brings coherence.

It brings alignment.

It invites every part of you to rest in the same quiet rhythm.

Feel this presence move upward,

Through your shoulders,

Your neck,

Your jaw,

Each area receiving ease and clearing space,

Unwinding in its own natural timing.

Let the glow travel downward,

Through your stomach,

Your hips,

Your legs,

And all the way to the feet,

A continuous stream of restoration,

Moving through your whole system.

Every cell in your body knows how to heal.

Your breath opens the space for it.

Your awareness guides it gently forward.

With each breath,

Feel your mind becoming spacious,

Your energy becoming clear,

Your body settling into a balanced,

Steady state.

Healing often arrives quietly,

A simple gathering of wholeness within the present moment.

Take a slow breath in,

And feel that wholeness rise through your body,

And release the breath with ease.

Rest,

Rest here for a moment,

Supported,

Clear in your center.

And as you gently return to your surroundings,

Carry this coherence with you.

Your whole being moves with greater clarity now,

And this restoration continues,
