With each inhale,

With each exhale,

Bring your attention to the space between your thoughts.

That stillness,

That vast and boundless presence,

It has always been there,

Waiting for you to notice.

Drift into this space,

Feeling it expand effortlessly.

Now let this awareness travel through your body,

Dissolving any resistance.

Start at the crown of your head,

Noticing any tension and allowing it to melt away.

Feel your forehead soften,

Your brow unfurrow.

Let your eyes relax,

Heavy yet effortless.

Your cheeks loosen,

Your jaw releases,

Bring awareness to your neck and shoulders,

Wrists,

Into your hands and fingers.

Moving inward,
