Welcome.

This is your moment to reset.

Find a comfortable position.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your jaw soften.

And let your breath arrive naturally.

Take a slow inhale,

And exhale gently.

Again,

Breathing in a sense of ease.

Breathing out what you don't need.

Now bring awareness to the surface beneath you.

Feel its steady support.

You don't need to hold it all right now.

You can allow yourself to be carried.

With each breath,

Notice tension leaving your body,

Softening your face,

Releasing your shoulders,

Easing through your chest,

Flowing all the way down to your feet.

Now imagine a clear space opening in your mind,

Like a window opening to fresh air.

Each inhale brings clarity.

Each exhale clears the clutter.

Breathing in calm.

Breathing out release.

Silently repeat.

I reset.

I return.

I am steady.

Once more.

I reset.

I return.

I am steady.

Take one final deep breath in.

Exhale fully.

Ready.

Gently open your eyes.

Carry this calm reset with you into whatever comes next.
