This is a guided visualization, intended to connect you to the vibration of mother earth and through that awareness the unity consciousness in all things. You will experience deep peace, relaxation and expanded consciousness.

Welcome beautiful human,

Divine spirit.

Welcome to your guided meditation to connect to the loving heart of the earth and nature's healing energy.

We are divine reflections of source energy experiencing a physical existence.

The illusion of separation is an important aspect of this earth school.

The desire to be whole,

To remember the wholeness of source,

Is also the force that drives us to unravel the illusion and recognize the true spark of source in all things.

While in this human form our sacred mother earth is here to constantly remind us of our connection to all things.

Creation is an intricate web,

A network of energy and ever-expanding consciousness.

All we need to do is slow down,

Breathe,

And connect to nature,

To mother earth,

To feel this web,

This network of life and love.

Thank you.

Thank yourself for taking the time to slow down and connect to the loving vibration of all things.

It's too easy these days to get caught up in the superficiality and the busyness of life,

But in the soul perspective,

In our hearts perspective,

In the perspective of what truly brings us peace and connection and fulfillment,

Most of the external noise doesn't amount to much.

It actually distracts us from our true selves and our connection to divinity.

So thank yourself for listening to the wisdom within you that guided you to sit,

To quiet down,

And connect to your true self,

To creation,

To source.

Before we begin our journey,

Make sure you are in a quiet place.

Find a comfortable seated position.

You can sit on the floor on a pillow or you can prop yourself up on a blanket.

If you don't feel comfortable in that position,

Feel free to sit in a chair.

If you are seated in a chair,

Make sure your feet are flat on the floor.

If you are seated on the floor,

Try to make sure your back is upright.

If this is challenging for you,

You can support yourself by leaning slightly against a wall.

Now once you've found that position,

Close your eyes,

Take a moment to let go of your wiggles,

Your fidgeting,

And then commit to sitting as still as you can.

Bring your focus completely inward.

Start by observing distant noises,

Then notice the noises in your immediate surroundings.

Even note the ambience of the room that you feel your body in space.

Feel your natural breath as it enters and exits your body.

And as you do,

Begin to chant internally to yourself,

I trust,

I allow,

I surrender.

I trust,

I allow,

I surrender.

Sink a little bit deeper into the meaning of this mantra.

I trust,

I allow,

I surrender.

Now notice the sensation of calm wash over you.

Take a deep inhale,

Feel the breath and the life force fill your entire body,

Awakening to this subtle energy body,

Your auric body.

And then exhale.

And watch the breath as it releases back out into the limitless expanse of creation.

Continue with a few more full deep breaths in and out of your nose,

In from the infinite cosmos,

Filling your being with the awareness and wisdom of creation.

And as you release it,

You are more conscious of your connection with all of creation,

Lessening your false sense of separation and opening you up to the never-ending flow of prana,

Of life force that's in all things.

Feel the prana flowing limitlessly,

Effortlessly,

Allowing you to feel lighter and lighter,

More and more free,

More aware of your connection to all things,

As if you share one mind and one heart.

Perhaps you feel this more as your body starts to merge with the body of the earth,

Becoming the earth,

Becoming the sky.

Or maybe you see this sensation as swirls of continuous lines of light moving in and out and around everything.

Maybe you hear it as sounds,

As a celestial symphony,

As all things vibrate in perfect harmonious balance,

The sacred song of creation.

Refocus your awareness on the area around the base of your pelvis.

Connect to your root chakra,

The muladhara chakra,

And imagine that area like a red ball of light.

Think of your tailbone like a root.

You are a majestic tree,

And your tail roots you into the earth.

Visualizing the red of the root chakra,

Feel a rush of warmth envelop you.

Reach deeper into the earth,

Root down even further.

Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into the body of the earth,

Becoming one with our sacred mother.

Feel her presence,

Her compassion,

Her wisdom,

Her power,

Her maternal embrace,

Her unconditional love.

Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper until you are consumed in the ball of hot red heat that is mother earth's,

Maka'ina's sacred heart.

Allow the fire of her unconditional love to burn away any insecurities or lack of self-love or the sense of separation from you and the loving energy of source.

You are perfect in her heart.

You are whole in her embrace.

Feel the trees speak to you of patience,

Steadiness,

Compassion.

Feel the firm wisdom of these ancient standing ones as they clear your mind,

Like wise grandparents who have the ability to shift your perspective to things that really matter.

Like trees,

Clean our air,

Their vibratory frequency also can clear our thoughts and rid us of stagnant energy.

Feeling grounded,

Feeling rooted,

Imagine as if you begin to sprout giant wings.

You begin to ride the wind and rise effortlessly into the sky.

Feel the ambience of the vast open space of the earth.

Intuitively,

Listen to the wind speak to you of freeing your mind,

Tapping into your dreams,

Your imagination,

Dreaming,

Visioning your greatest desires into reality.

Like the eagle,

You see all,

You fear nothing,

And you spend most of your life observing,

Preparing,

And receiving so that when you do take flight,

It is with clear vision and purpose,

Knowing you cannot fail.

Your weightlessness,

Limitless light now starts to drift like a feather downward,

Back towards the earth.

With a gentle rocking motion as if you're being cradled by the ether,

Feel yourself swaying down to the earth.

Now you're entering the depths of the ocean.

It is comforting and warm.

The waters envelop you in a feeling of complete security,

Like you've returned to your mother's womb.

You are safe,

Cared for,

And filled with utter and complete peace.

The water is a deep,

Dark cobalt blue around you,

And you feel warm with your watery surroundings.

As you truly settle into this feeling of complete,

Enveloping peace,

You start to feel a powerful,

Yet gentle and unexplainably kind presence.

Unalarmed,

You notice that you're surrounded by a powerful,

Deep,

Emotional pod of massive whales.

You're deeply,

Emotionally moved and nearly overwhelmed by the new,

Yet eerily familiar sensation of being taught,

Non-verbally,

By wisdom that is beyond your mind.

You feel these eternally enlightened,

Divine,

Wise giants communicating with you in a kind of soul-to-soul telepathy.

You feel them reminding you of your uniqueness,

Of your importance here on this earth at this time.

This awakening,

A knowing so deep within you,

You feel as if you're remembering the soul contract you created before you were born into this physical body,

Understanding the cycle of spirit and physically recognizing that this is a brief,

Yet precious moment in your spirit's evolution.

You sense that you may never fully,

Mentally understand your divine purpose here on earth,

But you know with an overwhelming certainty you chose this life,

This path,

This earthly human experience.

In the presence of these masters,

You realize that you are and never have been alone.

While on this earth,

All beings are your family.

You can recognize the light of pure being in all living things.

In that humble knowing,

You feel the strength to accept even the most challenging of life's experiences,

And you forgive yourself for the many times you forgot this connection.

You're just another being.

You are my family,

My teacher,

My mirror,

Another perfect aspect of the divine.

In this safe,

Watery world,

Your attachment to your physical body begins to completely dissolve.

You no longer feel as if you occupy a limited human body.

You are now completely aware of the consciousness of creation.

You feel the earth.

You breathe with her.

You sense the collective consciousness of the planet,

The dimensions,

The vibrational frequencies,

All corresponding,

Moving in a divinely orchestrated,

Organized chaos.

You feel the movement of life like an ever-expanding undulation of physical and non-physical phenomena,

Light and shadow,

Birth and death,

And birth and death,

So rhythmic,

So seamless,

The cycles start to feel like one giant sphere of pure love.

You are that love.

Keep this knowing.

Burn it on your mind as you slowly reconfigure your presence in your physical body in this time space.

Feel yourself wiser,

Whole,

At peace,

And gradually reconnecting to the sensation in your body as you start to float up,

Slowly,

Like an irresistible buoyancy is carrying you from this perfect room back into the room that you are meditating,

Starting to feel fully present in your peaceful body,

Feeling healthier,

More aware of the divine connection within all things,

Feeling the fullness of love.

Send this heart vibration out into the world to your loved ones,

Your family,

Your teachers,

Your friends,

Your acquaintances.

Send this love to people you don't even know.

Send it to the animals,

The plants,

The sky,

To the earth.

Send this love to your spirit guides.

Send this love to all of creation,

And feel this love like a massive pulse of pure light come rushing back to you,

Moving from the earth through the bottoms of your feet,

Up your legs,

Filling your torso,

Rushing in warm pulses,

Up your arms from your fingertips.

Feel this loving warmth in your chest,

Oozing up your spine and filling you fully,

Like a glorious rush all the way up to the top of your head.

Feel this awareness of complete connection,

This wisdom of the divine synchronization of creation,

And slowly start to take full,

Deep,

Full body breaths until you are fully present in this moment.

And when you feel yourself fully present,

When you're ready,

Welcome beautiful spirit,

Powerful human.

Welcome to this marvelous new awareness of your purpose and your divine connection.
