Learning to reboot,
To reset your consciousness is very simple.
It only requires a few minutes and your full concentration.
Begin by focusing in on your breathing,
If possible breathing in and out through your nose.
Breathing in and out as deeply and slowly as you can.
At the same time as focusing on your breathing,
Focus on the beautiful sound of the piano music.
Breath and piano,
Breathe deeply and calmly.
As you breathe in,
Now imagine a sparkling golden light flowing into your body,
Beginning at the soles of your feet.
So as you breathe in,
The light comes through the soles of your feet,
Up through your lower legs,
Upper legs,
Pelvis,
Torso.
And at the end of the inhalation,
The light is at your crown center at the top of your head.
And then as you exhale,
Feel that water is flowing from your crown center,
Down through your torso,
Through your hands,
Through your legs,
Back into the earth.
So you're rebooting,
Re-energizing yourself with the golden light and the flowing feeling and imagery of water.
Concentrate on your breath,
The imagery and the sound of the music.
Lose yourself and regain the energy that is inherent within you.
Now let the imagery end.
Bring your awareness back to your body.
And as you move back into your day,
Hold on to this feeling of energy,
Renewal and refreshment within yourself.
