Take a moment,

Close your eyes,

Breath in deeply and let it out slowly,

See yourself arriving fully in this moment.

You explored how the world noise,

The criticism,

The doubt,

The unrealistic expectations can creep into our own thoughts,

Shaping the way we speak to ourselves,

But this does not have to be our truth,

We can shift,

We can return to a gentler,

Truer voice within.

Let's begin now,

As a continuation of our last meditation,

As you breath in,

Notice the tone of your inner voice,

Does it feel tense,

Judgmental,

Harsh?

Just observe without reacting,

Breath out and release the weight of those voices,

You don't have to carry them,

Breath in and invite a softer tone as if speaking to a dear friend,

Breath out,

Letting go of self-criticism,

Right now,

Let's rewrite those thoughts together,

If your mind whispers,

I'm failing,

Shift it gently to,

I'm learning,

If doubt says,

I'm not enough,

Meet it with,

I'm growing at my own pace,

If fear says,

I would never be good enough,

Breath in and remind yourself,

I am worthy as I am,

You are not here to meet impossible expectations,

You are not here to carry the weight of others or their judgments,

You are here to grow,

To experience to be,

Take another breath in and exhale,

Now,

As you return to your day,

Stay mindful of your inner dialogue,

Notice the way you speak to yourself and when negativity rises,

Just pause,

Change the narrative,

Make it kinder,

This is your practice,

This is your path and with that,

Gently bring yourself back,

Wiggle your ring fingers,

Your toes,

Open your eyes,

When you are ready,

You are here,

You are enough and you're in voice,

Your voice is yours to reclaim
