It's life, often we become ungrounded when we are not in a quiet place and comfortable position. Office, commuting, within the crowds etc. The point is to find ways to catch a meditative state of mind in even the most challenging situations.

Hello and welcome.

Thanks for joining my lesson.

This is Swat.

I'm happy to be with you.

For all meditation I will not say find a comfortable position in a quiet place.

Of course you might find a comfortable and quiet place but it's not need to in our lesson.

Because it is life,

Often we become ungrounded while we are not in the quiet place and comfortable position,

Office,

Commuting within the crowds etc.

The point is finding the ways for the catching meditative state of the mind even the most challenging situations.

Don't worry this meditation will be very easy because I will let you to do it yourself.

I just cut in and remind you to be here and now.

Okay let's get started.

Take a deep breath in count of six and exhale in count of ten.

As slow as you can.

If you don't feel good you may not want to count.

Just keep going and take a deep breath up to ten breath.

Now you don't need to do something.

Power of undoing or inaction.

Rule in the Taoism.

Do nothing for now.

Just forget your totalist,

Your worries,

Your plans.

Be simple.

If you want to think anything just think but keep in the mind you can change it with another idea.

Do it when you're stuck with an idea.

Just say yourself.

Go next and click the next button in your mind.

I'm waiting.

At one point you or even now you will not see the next button for the next idea.

Here the place we want.

Stay here as long as you want.

That's okay.

It's so simple.

Congratulations you cut in the endless stream of the life with the mindfulness.

If you want you can go on.

Have a good day.
