
5-Minute Grounding Meditation
Take five minutes out of your day and ground yourself. 1. Close your eyes, sit comfortably with your feet planted on the floor. 2. Envision roots growing out from underneath your feet, into the ground and connecting in the core of the earth. 3. Go through your body and clear out stuck energies. Send them through the root system into the earth. 4. Once you have scanned your body, fill yourself up with white, divine light.
