Welcome to a deep healing or recovery meditation.

I'm Steve.

I'll be your guide in this meditation.

In our last meditation,

We did a body awareness and discovered areas of our body that we were out of touch with.

We're going to go into those areas in this meditation.

Or perhaps you already know the areas that need healing in your body.

Old or new injuries,

Trauma,

Illness.

Make yourself comfortable.

This meditation is designed to help you fall asleep so you can lie in bed,

Comfortable.

Take a moment to make any adjustments you need.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Calm your mind.

Relax your body.

Let your eyes roll up slightly as if you're looking at your eyebrows.

Breathe slowly in and out.

Slow breath in,

A gentle hold,

A long slow breath out.

Each breath becomes slower,

Deeper.

Your body becomes more relaxed.

Your awareness moved through your body,

Finding any areas that are tight,

Restricted,

Feel locked.

Hold those areas in your mind as you breathe and release to your left,

Which is the areas that need to heal.

Bring your awareness to your heart center.

See your heart as a gentle pulsing light within your chest.

It's a healing light.

As you breathe in,

Breathe in light,

Feeding this pulsing light within your heart.

Every breath in,

Your heart grows a little brighter.

The pulse spreads a little further.

Imagine each beat of your heart,

A gentle pulse of healing light ripples through your body.

Imagine your body as water.

Do you see that physical ripple of water through your body,

The vibration,

The beat of your heart?

See that pulse of light ripple towards the areas that are blocked,

That are hurt.

See the areas that need your help.

An old injury,

Scar,

New trauma,

Inflammation within your body.

Visualize this ripple of healing light pulsing through your body,

Feeding energy into your tissue.

Visualize this tissue.

Visualize deeper,

Smaller.

Visualize the structures of your body,

Bones,

Muscles,

Organs.

Visualize how this tissue is connected.

Do you feel this ripple of healing light pulsing through?

Go deeper within your tissue.

See the cells.

You see the blockage,

The light can't get through.

Visualize that ripple,

That pulse of light working its way through.

Visualize deeper,

The atoms,

The vibrations of your body.

See your body is nothing more than a vibration.

This pulsing light that's vibrating through you,

Feeds this healing energy deep into your cells.

You move your awareness back out.

The cells of your body.

The structures.

Bones and muscles,

Organs.

Become aware of your body.

Become aware of the deep relaxation within your body.

Feel the rhythm of your breath,

The rhythm of your pulse.

Your body is fully relaxed.

Trying to heal,

To grow strong.

Hear the voice deep inside your mind.

I am healthy.

I am healthy.

I am healthy.
