During each Energy Play, you expand into the space of your being. From this space, through your Ability to Become what you desire, you engage with your desired reality - until it feels natural to your body.

Hello! Welcome to the energy play. Take a deep breath and expand out as far as you can in all directions. Go infinitely far in all directions. And from this space get the way it would be if you had total communion with you, With you the being, The infinite, Eternal, Expanded being, With no separation. What would that be like? Get the way it would be and put it in your space. And if you also had total communion with your body, With no judgment, What would that be like? Get this energy, Let it settle in your system. And what would it be like if you were willing to be all energies? From kindness and gratitude to the energy of willing to destroy things, Like the limitations for example, To the energy of potency, Of strength, Of vulnerability, Of creativity. All energies, What would that be like? Get the way it would be, Perceive this energy, Take a moment to let it land in your system, To settle there. And if you never gaslit yourself by questioning what is true for you, By creating doubt or turning against yourself and all those stuff, What would that be like? Get this energy and put it in your space. And if you were never gaslit by anybody else because you chose to be so aware of what it is, What would that be like? Get this energy and put it in your space. And what would it be like to receive all those things that you have been chasing so far and pushing away, Even without knowing you were doing that, By your thoughts, By your fear, Doubt, Anger, Shame, Blame, By your conclusions, Judgments, That things are not showing up fast enough, What would that be like to receive all those things now, Right now? Get the energy, Receiving those things, And put it in your space. And add also everything else that you are personally asking for, That you would like to have additionally in your life. The energies that would make you feel great, The energy of living a great life. Perceive these energies. You can also pause the phone. Put these energies into your space. And now start pulling energy from all over the universe towards you and through your body, Through your system. Big waves of energies. Just pull them from way out in space, From the farthest corners of the universe. Reach out as far as you can and pull those energies. Let them contribute to you, To your life. Let them boost this energy cocktail. From all directions, Tons and tons of energies flowing towards you. Keep pulling. Keep pulling from all directions. Okay, By now you might have a smile on your face, Or a warm sensation in your body, Or just a knowing that the energies have been boosted. Now take a moment to express your gratitude and acknowledge that you are choosing this. You are creating this. It's actualizing and you are receiving it. Thank you very much. See you tomorrow.
