I want you to use this video as a reminder of how much you are loved.
I just want you to feel the love and the joy and the warmth.
Within you.
So with that in mind,
Let's go ahead and begin in a child's pose.
And I'm gonna take my socks off.
Bring your big toes to touch.
Spread your knees out wide and start to lay your chest down towards the mat.
Reach your arms nice and long.
Connect your forehead,
Your third eye down to the mat.
Feel the connection,
The rootedness to the earth.
Inhale through your nose.
Exhale out your mouth.
One more time,
Inhale through your nose.
Exhale out your mouth,
Let it go.
Inhale through your nose.
This time,
Exhale out your nose.
Feel a slight constriction in the back of your throat.
Feel the heat come out through your nostrils each breath.
Coming from within you.
On your next inhale.
Press down through your palms.
Rise your hips forward and down.
You're coming towards upward facing dog.
Open your shoulders,
Your chest nice and wide.
Keep your gaze forward,
Your chin in line with your yoga mat.
Breathe here,
Really feel this stretch in your front body,
Your belly,
Your chest,
Your neck.
Hmm.
Inhale one more time,
Press through your palms.
Exhale,
Child's pose.
Send your hips down and back.
Move through that one breath to one movement at your own pace.

Until you can start to lay your chest onto the mat.
Your chin maybe touches down to the earth.
Gaze forward at your fingertips.
And keep your hips stacked over your knees.
Press down through the tops of your feet.
And through your palms.
Inhale one more time here,
Feel this opening.
Exhale,
Slowly walk your knees up to the top of your mat.
Find bound ankle pose.
Press the soles of your feet to touch.
Connect your tailbone to the earth,
Feel nice and rooted.
Let your knees start to drop naturally to the earth.
You can look this way.
Maybe you close your eyes here.
Bring your palms to touch.
Right by your heart.
Connect your thumbs to your chest.
Feel your heart beat.
Repeat after me.
I am love.
I am loved.
Deeply.
I am love.
Deeply.
And infinitely.
Slowly start to blink your eyes open.
Rise up to standing.
Inhale,

Step your left foot back.
Your feet are on two separate train tracks.
Your left foot is pointing about to the top of your yoga,
The left corner of your yoga mat.
90 degree bend in your right knee.
Hips square to the front of your mat.
Reach your arms nice and high.
Open your pinkies in,
Relax your shoulders down your back.
Sit down into this posture,
Feel the strength of the warrior coursing through your muscles.
Firing up your body,
Your energy.
Inhale,
Reach your fingertips one inch taller.
Exhale,
Humble warrior.
Grab your palms behind your back,
Press your palms together,
Clasp your fingers.
Melt your chest.
Down.
Inside of your right knee.
Feel that opening stretch in your chest and your shoulder blades.
Maybe you look from side to side,
Let your head hang nice and heavy.
Ugh.
We're going to flow through that a few times,
One breath to one movement.
Inhale,
Warrior one.
Reach tall,
Open your chest.

Let your head hang heavy.
Sway from side to side.
And when you feel complete,
Slowly roll one vertebra at a time.
Up to standing,
We're going to even ourselves out and do all of that on the other side.
So inhale,
Warrior one,
On your left leg.
Step your right foot back.
Diagonal foot,
Feet on two separate train tracks.
90 degree bend in your left knee.

Maybe you straighten one leg at a time.
Wake up your hamstrings.
Slowly roll up to standing.
We move on to Sun B.
We'll start with the right leg forward.
Inhale,
Warrior two.
Step your left foot back,
This time your feet are on the same line.
Your right heel intersects with your left arch.
Reach your arms out nice and wide.
Gaze out over your front middle finger.

Nice and strong in your warrior two.
Inhale,
Open your chest,
Relax your shoulders.
Exhale,
I want you to reach,
Reach,

Straighten out through your right knee.
Tick-tock your arms to 6 and 12.
Find triangle pose.
Engage through your side body,
Your obliques to keep reaching up.
Don't dump down.
There we go with our flow.

One movement at your own pace.

Slowly melt your left palm down to meet your right.
Twist your hips to the front of your mat.
Step your left foot up to meet your right foot.
We're going to take a little gorilla pose in between these two sides.
So place your palms underneath your feet.
Bend your knees as much as you need.
Pull your palms.
To lengthen through your spine.
And your elbow.
Oh,
Feels so good.
So when you're ready,
Release your palms.
Slowly roll up to standing.
My back's going to be towards you for a minute,
But I still love you.
We're doing the opposite side.
So,
Inhale,
Warrior two.
Of your right foot back,
Check your alignment,
Left heel in line with right arch.
Open your arms,
Make a big rainbow.
Square your hips to the side of your mat.
Gaze out over your front middle finger.
Melt into your stance,
Nice,
Steady,
And strong.
Inhale here,
Open your heart.
Exhale,
Reach forward,
Straighten through your left leg.
Tip-top your arms to 6 and 12.
Ease up.
Keep rotating your right shoulder back to keep your chest opening towards the slide.
Three rounds of one breath to one movement.
Here we go.
And Hail Warrior 2.
Exhale,
Triangle pose.
Inhale,
1 and 2.
Exhale,
Triangle pose.
Inhale,
Warrior two,
Strong movement.
Exhale,
Last triangle pose.
Melt your right arm down to meet your left arm.
Wear your hat.
Send your right foot up to meet your left.
Shake it out.
Let it all out.
Feels good.
My body is calling for a little sip of water,
So it's a great place for you to take one as well.
Next,
We're going to do our last standing posture called Eagle Pose.
So let's really ground down into your right foot,
Your right thigh.
Spread your toes,
Get nice and steady in your stance.
Inhale your left foot up and over your right thigh.
Squeeze your thighs nice and tight together.
Wrap your left foot behind your right calf.
Now,
For the arms,
If you'd like to add them on,
You feel steady,
Send your right arm underneath your left arm.
Maybe your palms touch.
Maybe they class.
Whatever feels right to you,
That's your eagle.
Bring your elbows in line with your shoulder blades to open them up.
Ooh,
Yeah,
Feels good.
Maybe you find a single point to gaze at.
Find your focus.
Inhale,
Use your breath.
Exhale,
Release.
Shake out your right leg.
Alright,
Let's do the other side.
Ground down into your left foot.
Nice and balanced.
Inhale,
Lift your right foot.
Cinder thigh over top of your left.
Wrap your foot around your left calf.
Send your left arm underneath your right.
Maybe they meet.
Find your balance,
Squeeze your core.
If you sink one inch deeper on your last inhale.
Of exhale,
Uncoil.
Woo,
Yeah.
And the blood flows.
Ugh.
So we're gonna find our way.
All the way down to your back.
A nice little heart opening sting.
So place your elbows,
Your forearms,
Your palms into the mat.
Melt your hips.
Your thighs,
The tops of your knees and feet down to the earth.
Place your elbows underneath your shoulders.
Press down through your palms and really literally pull your heart forward.
Gaze is steady and forward just like that Sphinx in Egypt.
Feel that beast inside of you.
That you have the power to change.
One more deep inhale here.
Exhale,
Slowly release.
Back to a child's pose.
Push back with your feet.
Send your hips towards your heels.
Slowly rise up to table top.
And walk your knees forward and through.
To lie all the way down.
Onto your back.
We're going to find happy baby pose here.
So grab for the soles of your feet.
Spread your knees nice and wide.
If you can't reach the soles of your feet,
Maybe go for your calves,
The backs of your thighs.
Whatever just feels good to you today,
That's what feels good.
So follow your intuition.
Maybe you rock from side to side.
Ugh.
Slowly let your legs fall down towards your mat.
Walk the soles of your feet up towards your glutes.
Press your palms down on either side of you.
Slowly inhale up into bridge pose.
Squeeze your knees together,
Your thighs nice and strong,
Your glutes engaged.
Press down through your heels to keep lifting up.
Keep your chin lifted off your chest.
If this feels good here,
Maybe walk your palms underneath your back,
Clasp your palms together,
Rise up on your shoulder blades.
One more strong inhale.
Can you lift a tiny bit higher?
Push harder.
And exhale,
Slowly release.
On your next inhale,
Squeeze everything in your body,
Tense it up nice and strong,
Switch up your face.
Exhale,
Release all the way down to Shavasana.
Let everything go.
Feel how amazing your body feels right now.
We're just moving a little bit.
Getting your blood flowing to every part of your body.
Filling your lungs up with deep,
Beautiful breaths.
As you lay here and relax.
I don't want you to repeat to yourself.
May I be loved.
May I be happy.
May I be at peace.
May I be loved.
May I be happy.
May I be at peace.
You can stay here for as long as your day allows.
Please take the time to really revel in the glory.
Love you.
