In this guided meditation,
We will be getting in touch with the earth and nature spirits.
From there,
We will take our energy body to the center of the moon,
The sun,
And the center of the galaxy before returning to our bodies.
This meditation was recorded in Tucson,
Arizona on March 17th,
2022 at the full moon in Virgo.

Find yourself in as calm and as restful a place as possible and just give in to the flowing sweet energy of the earth spirits.
The playfulness of the nature spirits is really,
I think,
Our main gift and blessing to humanity at this time.
What has been done and what will be done,
While it's not set in stone,
It will just kind of happen,
But the way that we approach it and the way that we kind of take advantage of the lightness of it is what will shift dimensions for us.
The fairies,
The nature spirits,
All of the different beings that help nature be as beautiful as it is in this third dimensional expression,
They're not going anywhere.
They know how to exist in union with one another and they watch us and they just want to influence us more and have us understand how much we're loved and not even by them,
But just by everything.
They witness that as they speak from the heart.
So just to start,
Take a deep breath in and release and repeat that,
But on the out-breath,
Let out a big sound.
And on this final one,
Notice how the energy in the center of the room,
Right above that blue crystal is where everything goes.
There's a strong pillar of white light finding its way from up in the heavens,
Traveling downwards,
Spiraling,
Spiraling down through the center of the room,
Right through that blue crystal and down into the earth.
This flow of energy generates outward into the room,
Creating a torsion field and any thoughts or intention placed into this field will manifest as we ask for our angels to drop in,
Spirit guides who watch us every day and who have watched our ancestors for generations to drop in and say hello as we call forth the vibration of the full moon as it glows above us,
To show up and illuminate the shadows,
Invite the flowers,
The trees,
The aspen,
The juniper,
The oak,
Sycamore,
All of the different trees,
The redwoods,
The sequoia.
At this time,
Just think of one tree that you know well and call that spirit here with us.
The trees have witnessed so much.
They have witnessed families grow and families pass,
Towns and cities be built,
Empires grow and dwindle,
All the while rooted in the earth,
A safe haven for the softer,
Gentler,
Playful energies of the fairies and nature spirits.
Within the deep woods,
The moss grows and the ferns flourish.
As the sweet,
Life-giving water flows over the rocks,
And the fireflies glow in the warmth of the spring evening,
The rainbow-hued fairies appear.
We are piercing the veil between the seen and the unseen.
Make an offering to these sweet,
Sensitive beings,
A gesture of gratitude and peace.
These beings are masters of healing technology.
Open your heart and receive what they have to offer.
We unify and dance concentric circles of light beings surrounding us.
You are encapsulated within their loving field.
From this protective bubble,
We allow roots to grow down deep into the earth,
Grounding ground.
These roots will be forever with you,
Always below you,
Holding tightly to the earth,
Connecting you to that which fosters your ability to walk and move,
To laugh and live and love.
A collective field in this green,
Glowing starship of the room of the deep forest,
Encircled by fairies,
Light beings,
Guides,
And angels,
We rise upward towards the heavens,
Floating up hundreds of feet,
Looking the Tucson Valley,
Rising up,
Seeing the lights of the beautiful cities below.
You can see the ocean.
As we continue rising out of the earth's atmosphere,
Our green starship,
We head directly to the moon.
Leave a gift with the moon,
A thank you.
As we continue onward to the sun,
We bounce along the time-space grids,
Reaching the sun.
Feel the warmth.
As we fuse with this higher dimensional frequency,
Allowing us to enter,
We find the center of the sun,
Brilliant white light.
Sit in your throne of love.
Allow for the purification.
Every blade of grass,
Every bit of warmth that exists,
Is because of this beautiful light body of the sun.
Leave an offering with the sun.
Radiance,
Purified,
The sun is in all things,
At all times,
Waiting to be expressed and acknowledged.
As all that is heavy begins to burn away,
Like snow melting off the branches of trees,
In the summer sun.
The snow melts,
Collects in the wash,
Rolling down the sides of the mountain,
Crystalline waterfalls.
As the chipmunk and the squirrel and the deer drink,
That which was heavy is now restoring light and lightness,
The beautiful cosmic cycle.
As we lighten further,
We call to the ancient technologies that existed on this earth of Atlantis,
Egypt,
Lemuria,
Of our past lives spent as wizards and witches,
Sorcerers,
Priestesses,
Shamans,
Mystics,
And we enter the etheric light body and we travel to the center of the galaxy.
You know the way.
We reach out to the soul.
We call the soul forward,
Entering the room,
The torsion field.
As we reach the event horizon,
The point at which the galactic center pulls us in,
Release and allow,
Enter and be renewed,
Recycled.
Allow your third eye to open.
Receive the messages that are here for you.
You are loved beyond belief and we are proud of your courage.
Every day affords new opportunities and new challenges.
As you merge with your soul's purpose,
You will feel this more and more with each passing moment.
Remember that you are supported and we are cheering you on.
Turn to us whenever you need.
As a light hovers just above your head,
Receive if you choose.
Acknowledge the gift into your heart.
As a tube of light is being created from the center of the galaxy,
We jump in and begin to slide back to the sun,
A water slide of light,
Soft and flowing.
As we reach the sun,
The gravity increases.
From here,
We are projected towards the moon.
Like a trampoline,
We push from the sun.
As we meet our purified emotional body at the moon,
Unified and holding hands with the ones who watch us and take care of us.
Two,
Three,
Jump from the moon and a rainbow parachute emerges as we fall towards Tucson Softly,
Softly entering,
Watching the ground below.
A hundred feet above,
Fifty feet above,
Down into the room,
Into your body and into your heart.
Breathe in deeply and feel every part of your body.
Wiggle your hands and your toes.
Move your head from side to side.
And whenever you are ready,
Come fully back to the room.
