The session weaves together conscious breathing, visualisation, and crystal sound healing to help regulate the nervous system and cultivate inner coherence. For best results, listen in a quiet space, either seated or lying down, and allow yourself to follow the breath cues at a comfortable pace. This practice may be used daily, preferably in the morning or before sleep, to support clarity, emotional balance, and intentional living. Hello beautiful soul.
Thank you for choosing to make time for this devotional practice of self-love today.
Take a moment to acknowledge that you truly are gifting yourself healing through your conscious presence with your mind,
Body and soul.
May this practice assist you in cultivating a deeper connection to the wholeness that you are.
May you restore balance and harmony to your chakras,
Oxygenate your blood through conscious breath and reunite with the divine essence of unconditional love.
You may engage in this practice from a seated position,
Spine erect with your palms on your knees or you may prefer to lay down flat on your back,
Feet shoulder-width apart with your arms resting by your side and palms facing upwards.
Take a moment now to drop into your body.
Relax your neck,
Shoulders,
Hips,
Thighs and feet.
Gently close down the eyes.
Begin to rest your awareness in the dark space between your brow,
Relaxing the muscles in your forehead,
Temples,
Cheeks,
Jaw and tongue.
Feel the muscles in your scalp relax.
Observe this moment,
Witness and feel into your body.
Now take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale a vocal sigh out through the mouth.
As you drop further into your energetic field,
Deep into your body,
Begin to visualize yourself in the space where you are.
See yourself,
See what surrounds you.
Notice the space between yourself and where each part of your body meets the world around you.
Visualize a radiant white light,
A silver lining surrounding your entire body emanating from your skin.
From the top of your head down your shoulders,
Hips,
Legs and feet.
See this silver white light,
Feel it protecting you,
Clearing away all energetic debris from your auric field.
Breathe in and as you exhale imagine this light cleansing and purifying your entire body.
Feel the lightness of your being as this light illuminates your entire body.
Feel into the safety that it provides you,
A protective shield.
This is your light,
Your aura,
Your energy.
On your next inhale,
Begin to squeeze your pelvic floor muscles,
Your root lock,
Mula bandha and begin to visualize your life force energy traveling up from the base of your spine all the way into your third eye space.
Hold your breath and gently let go.
We'll be exercising this particular technique at the end of each breath work session.
Stay present with your body and your breath.
Allow my voice and the cues in the music to guide you as you continue to breathe in your natural rhythm.
Now let's begin.
Gently bring your conscious awareness to your tailbone,
The first energy center,
The root chakra.
Visualize a glowing red orb of light.
See it gently pulsing and vibrating from this center.
Notice the intensity of the light.
Witness it,
Observe it and accept it just as it is.
As you rest your awareness in this energy center around the perineum and sexual glands,
See if you can become aware of and sense the space around your body from this center.
Feel and sense this red light vibrating out from the space around your root chakra as you breathe in and out to the beat of the music.
Three,
Hold,
Begin to slowly squeeze your pelvic floor muscles,
Your root lock,
Mula bandha and begin to ascend the energy up from the base of your spine into your third eye space.
Hold your breath,
Focus.
Breathing out and letting it go,
Gently relax your whole body and at the end of your exhale,
Hold your breath again.
Guide your awareness back to your root chakra.
If you need to breathe,
Take a quick breath in and then exhale out and continue to hold.
Take another deep breath fully in and squeeze the energy up your spine and hold.
Feel how this energy center is now balanced and whole within you.
Let your breath return to its natural rhythm.
Feel the sensations in your body.
Begin to bring your awareness to your lower belly,
The second energy center,
The sacral chakra.
Visualize an orange orb of light gently pulsing and vibrating from this center.
Notice the intensity of the light,
Witness it,
Observe it and accept it just as it is.
As you rest your awareness in this energy center,
Near the sacrum,
Right in towards the spine,
See if you can become aware of and sense the space around your body from this center.
Feel and sense this orange orb of light vibrating and strengthening through this energy center as you breathe in and out with the music.
Begin to squeeze your pelvic floor muscles,
Your root chakra,
And ascend the energy up from the base of your spine all the way to your third eye space.
Hold your breath.
Focus.
Relax your whole body and at the end of your exhale,
Hold your breath again.
Guide your awareness back to the space inside your sacral chakra.
If you need to breathe,
I find new ways to express myself creatively.
I am radiant,
Beautiful.
I deserve to experience pleasure,
Bliss,
And ecstasy.
Take a deep breath in and hold.
Again,
Clenching the perineum,
Squeezing the energy up to your third eye space,
Holding your breath.
Notice the sensations in your body.
Witness,
Observe,
And feel yourself activating as you continue this practice.
Bring your attention all the way up towards the navel,
The third energy center,
The solar plexus chakra.
Visualize a radiant yellow orb of light gently pulsing and vibrating from this center.
Notice the intensity of the light.
Witness it,
Observe it,
And accept it just as it is.
As you rest your awareness in this energy center,
In your upper abdomen,
See if you can become aware of and sense the space around your body from this center.
Feel and sense this yellow orb of light vibrating and strengthening through this energy center as you breathe in and out with the music.
Three,
Two,
One,
And hold.
Begin to squeeze your pelvic floor muscles,
Your root lock,
Mula bandha,
And ascend the energy up from the base of your spine into your third eye space.
Hold your breath.
Focus.
Now breathe out slowly as you relax your whole body,
And at the end of your exhale,
Hold your breath again.
Go back to the space inside your solar plexus chakra.
If you need to breathe,
Take a quick breath in and exhale out and continue to hold.
I align with my soul's purpose.
I know I am the source of my own joy and happiness.
I appreciate my strengths and my weaknesses.

Take a deep breath in and hold again,
Clenching the perineum,
Squeezing the energy up to your third eye space.

And feel yourself activating as you continue this practice.
Begin to bring your awareness to the center of your chest,
The fourth energy center,
The heart chakra.
Visualize a green orb of light,
Gently pulsing and vibrating from this center.
Notice the intensity of the light.
Witness it and accept it just as it is.
As you rest your awareness in this energy center behind your breastbone,
See if it can become aware of and sense the space around your body from this center.
Feel and sense this green orb of light vibrating and strengthening from within this energy center as you continue to breathe in and out to the music.
Three.
Begin to squeeze your pelvic floor muscles,
Your root lock,
Mula bandha,
And begin to ascend the energy up from the base of your spine into your third eye space.
Hold your breath.
Focus.
Now gently exhale slowly as you relax your whole body and at the end of your exhale,
Hold your breath again.
Guide your awareness to the space inside your heart chakra.
If you need to breathe,
Take a quick short breath in and exhale out and continue to hold.

Invite feelings of bliss and love to wash over you now as you rest your awareness in your heart space.
Feel this emerald green orb of love beaming from inside your chest.
Let this love elevate you to a new state of being.
Gently begin to bring your awareness to the area of your throat.
The fifth energy center,
The throat chakra.
Start to visualize a blue orb of light gently pulsing and vibrating from this center.
Notice the intensity of the light,
Witness it,
Observe it,
And accept it just as it is.
As you rest your awareness in this energy center inside of your neck,
See if you can become aware of and sense the space around your body from this center.
Feel and sense this blue orb of light vibrating and strengthening through this energy center as you continue to breathe in and out to the music.
Three.
Begin to squeeze your pelvic floor muscles,
Your root lock,
Or labunda,
And ascend the energy up from the base of your spine into your third eye space.
Hold your breath,
Focus.
Now breathe out slowly as you relax your whole body and at the end of your exhale,
Hold your breath again.
Guide your awareness to the space inside of your throat chakra.
If you need to breathe,
Take a quick breath in and exhale out and continue.
I express myself intentionally and openly.
I value and listen to the words of others.
I remain true to myself in all that I say and do.
I know what my truth is and how to speak it.
Take a deep breath in,
Sending that energy back up to your third eye,
And in a moment,
We're going to exhale with the tone hum.

Gently bring your attention to the center of your forehead,
The sixth energy center,
The third eye chakra.
Start to visualize an indigo orb of light gently pulsing and vibrating from this center.
Notice the intensity of the light,
Witness it,
Observe it,
And accept it just as it is.
As you rest your awareness in this energy center behind your eyes,
See if you can become aware of and sense the space around your body from this center.
Feel and sense this indigo orb of light vibrating and strengthening through this energy center as you breathe in and out to the music.
Three,
Now squeeze your pelvic floor muscles,
Your root lock,
Mula bandha,
And ascend the energy up from the base of your spine into your third eye space.
Hold your breath,
Focus.
Now breathe out slowly as you relax your whole body,
And at the end of your exhale,
Hold your breath again.
Guide your awareness back to the space inside of your third eye chakra.
If you need to breathe,
Take a quick breath in and exhale out and continue to hold.
I trust the signs and synchronicities that show up in my life.

Notice the sensations around your body.
Notice your heartbeat.
Notice any thoughts or emotions that are arising.

Bring your attention to the very top of your head,
The seventh energy center,
The crown chakra.
Start to visualize a violet orb of light gently pulsing and vibrating from your head.
Notice the intensity of the light.
Witness it,
Observe it,
And accept it just as it is.
As you rest your awareness in this energy center at the crown of your head,
See if it can become aware of and sense the space around your body from this center.
Feel and sense this spiraling orb of light vibrating and strengthening from within this energy center as you breathe in and out to the music.
Three,
Two,
One.
Begin to squeeze your pelvic floor muscles,
Your root block,
Mula bandha,
And ascend the energy up from the base of your spine into your third eye space.
Hold your breath.
Now let go gently and release those muscles slowly,
And at the end of your exhale,
Hold your breath again.
Guide your awareness back to the space inside your crown chakra.
If you need to breathe,
Take a quick breath in and exhale.
I am a spiritual being in a human body.
I honor the sacred divinity that exists within me.
I know that I am divinely protected,
Inspired,
And guided.
I see the divine light in all of creation.
Now take another deep breath in and hold your breath.
Focus your energy into your crown chakra,
And in a moment,
