Welcome to the Ultimate Chakra Breathwork Practice.

This powerful session has three rounds of guided breathwork that intensify as we focus our attention on our energy system.

Please know that tingling sensations in your body,

Closed eye visuals,

And tetany are common side effects of breathwork.

However,

Closing your mouth and slowing down your breathing will help you relax and will allow any symptoms to subside.

Please ensure that you're in a comfortable position,

Seated upright or laying down on your back with your spine and neck straight.

Now,

If you're ready,

Let's begin.

Start to visualize a red orb of light,

Vibrating through and around your tailbone.

This is your root chakra.

Focus this glowing red light around your perineum and sexual glands.

Feel it clearing away all energetic debris that is ready to be released.

Allow all fears and insecurities to be dissolved and transmuted,

Making this orb bigger and stronger.

Breathing in safety and letting go of all instabilities,

It is safe to be inside of your body right now.

Allow this transformation to take place within your energy system as you embody feelings of joy just to be alive.

As we shift frequencies,

Begin to color this orb a deep orange and move it into the area of your sacrum,

The sacral chakra.

Breathe passion,

Optimism and vitality into your sacred sexual center.

Invite all beliefs and fear around lack of intimacy and creativity to dissolve into this powerful orange orb of light.

Move the orb around your lower belly in a clockwise motion and notice your energy shifting as you surrender to this process.

Gently move the orb up to your navel and change the color to a bright yellow.

Now breathe out slowly,

Letting go of your muscles gently and relaxing your whole body.

At the very end of your exhale,

Hold your breath again and allow your awareness to rest in your heart center.

Take a quick breath in and then exhale out and continue to hold.

Begin to move the orb into the space of your throat chakra and change the color from green to blue.

Gently move the orb in and around your neck,

As these energies are absorbed by the blue orb,

Feel how wonderful it is to know that you can now clearly communicate your needs and express yourself freely in whatever way feels good to you.

Begin to move this blue orb into the space between your brow and turn it to the colour indigo,

Activating the energy of your third eye chakra.

Allow this orb to glow and pulse as it penetrates throughout your headspace,

Absorbing all disruptive mindsets that do not align with your soul essence.

As you feel into the clarity of who you are,

Welcome wisdom,

Imagination and intuition to guide you along your path of spiritual exploration and soul expression.

Now move the orb to the very top of your head,

The crown chakra,

And change its colour to a beautiful soft white.

Imagine an exquisite lotus flower opening at the crown of your head and drinking in the energy of Source,

Cleansing your energy system of all impurities.

Now breathe out slowly and relax your muscles gently and when you reach the end of your exhale,

Hold your breath again.

Feel this brilliant soft white light dissolving all that no longer serves you.

Allow yourself to rest in the infinite space of no thing whilst feeling everything that this present moment is offering you.

Attune your frequency with your highest self and know that as you vibrate this point of attraction now,

You can only attract miracles and divine synchronicities into your life.

Feel every single inch of your body as it resonates with the energy of pure unconditional love.

Notice the sensations in your body.
