This belief system–installing, non-resistant affirmation track is designed to support emotional, energetic, and physical balance within the brain. The statements in this session focus on least-resistant truths, helping to gradually soften mental tension and disempower patterns that may be contributing to cognitive overwhelm, imbalance, or energetic disruption. Utilise this track if you’ve experienced excessive negative thinking, worry or stress, feeling out of control, low or disheartened, mentally fatigued, or experiencing a hazy, scattered, conflicted, or confused state of mind. Simply notice what resonates and engage gently. Only agree with affirmations that feel aligned in the present moment. If any feel resistant, you may softly affirm, “I believe it’s possible for me to embody this truth.”
