Bring your awareness to the spine and visualize the column of light ascending and descending with the breath through the center of the spine.

Continue spinal breathing as you count each breath backwards from 11.

Visualizing the breath ascending and descending through a tiny tube of light within the center of the spine.

Now drop the counting and bring your awareness to the region of Earth at the base of the spine and see a sleeping serpent wrapped three and a half times around a phallic stone called a Shiva Linga within the base of the spine.
The sleeping serpent opens her eyes and begins to ascend into the spinal passage coming into the region of water at the sacrum.
She purifies the deep waters at the sacrum and continues ascending to the region of fire at the navel.
The serpent power is transformed in the flames at the navel,
Much like gold is purified by fire and she continues ascending into the skies of the heart where she soars like an eagle.
The feathered serpent of Kundalini Shakti is now experiencing the sweet release from its lower nature and is soaring freely through the heart space.
The breath is flowing in unison with the flapping of its wings.

There is darkness all around her as Shakti now resembles a spark of light with only emptiness in every direction.

You approach a magnificent city of lights at the crown of the head.
You follow the spark of Shakti to the center palace where the high goddess sits beside Lord Shiva.
They are enjoying the ecstasy of the universe in perfect unison with each other,
In the bliss of total intimacy.
Shiva and Shakti then merge together into one unified spiritual force which takes the form of the most beautiful goddess in all the three worlds.
See the beautiful smiling face of the supreme goddess,
Sending waves of beauty and bliss from her smiling eyes,
Penetrating the hearts of all the world.
Feel her waves of beauty flowing from above,
Now spreading through your forehead and coming to form a soft and pleasant glow.
Feel the healing energy of Shiva Shakti emanating from this soft glowing light within the forehead,
