Earthing is the practice of connecting with the earth's natural energy by walking barefoot on the ground or using grounding mats or sheets. Let's dive into why earthing is so important and what benefits it can bring to our lives.

Hi beautiful souls,

Welcome to Life is Magical podcast.

I'm so excited to be here with you and bringing you the topic of earthing or grounding.

If you have been to my Reiki sessions or any of my workshops,

You know how much I emphasize about it and anything to do with the root chakra especially or the crown to be aligned earthing or grounding is one of the easiest tools that we can work and make our lives easier.

So as you know Life is Magical podcast is all about tools and techniques to make our life really magical,

Easier to go through and once you have these tools in your toolkit,

Really it's much easier to be on that awakening heightened state of life.

So we'll be talking some things about like you know what exactly is earthing and the importance and the benefits of it and connecting into the mother earth's natural energy.

Simple and foremost thing is by just even like you know it's nothing but a grounding.

Whereas our ancestors have always walked on the ground on the earth bare feet on the grass on the stones on the pebbles like you know they have all faced and this walking really helps us to have many mind benefits,

Body benefits and spiritual benefits as well.

You are sinking in natural rhythm with the earth's energy and it's the earth's energy or the surface is completely negatively charged and by connecting with it we can absorb its electrons which can help in neutralizing free radicals in our body and these free radicals are the unstable molecules that can cause damage to cells and tissues leading to inflammation and disease.

That's on the physical side but on the emotional side is like we feel restless,

Tired,

Not having good sleep or spiritual is disconnect or divine or ourselves as well.

And as simple as we talk earthing is simply achieved by walking bare feet on the ground or sitting or lying on the ground or using earthing mats it could be or bio mats it could be like you know or holding a rock or a stone or a crystal.

You're allowing yourself to be completely grounded even just for few moments in a day.

You can do it indoor or outdoor as well.

If someone does it indoors like you know if you got the hardwood like you know having your feet over it or over the crystals as well like you know these are the simple ways that we can bring in.

It really helps to restore the body's natural balance,

Promotes the healing like you know is I sense I feel when I do the grounding every morning is it drops in the all my thoughts that are not having any base onto the earth.

So I'm letting that the muddled water to be going down then I can see the clarity coming in.

Anything that's not serving me is being released into the earth and that makes in a new progress,

New thought,

New frequency that I do understand it.

And generally we are getting so disconnected because we are spending more times in the indoor or we're not having the space of a garden or the garden the grass is fake now or using the rubber sole shoes as well and all this is some coming up into our body where we are causing into the inflammation and none of the emotions are being released and it's stacking up in our system as well.

And here is simple things like you know as you are waking up having your cup of warm water or cup of tea,

Glass of water,

You can just stand outside if possible or inside as well again with those elements or a thought process that you are allowing this way to be dropped into the mother earth.

And as simple as that for a minute or less than a minute you'll notice that you are energized your systems,

You have activated the cells that haven't been rising up or your body organs that haven't been rising up are now fully functioning that you notice the toxins are releasing easily or you on the toxins of the thoughts releasing in easily as well.

It really helps us improving our moods as like I said the drop of those extra weight has been released and it reduces the stress and increases the relaxation and by that like you know you will notice and as simple in two weeks by practicing it notice the changes in the shift that you are having more energy and that's the reason most of them like in the summer they are more happier because we are out and about either on the beach on the sand in the water salt water or on the park like you know we are spending more time there and the winter blues are gone and you are activating your cell frequency and by that is you're also reducing your pain if anyone is with the chronic pain you notice that you are really slowly changing the chemistry of your body as well the blood circulation flows in and you don't really think of the weighted thoughts because you know they weren't serving anything and improves the quality of your life especially the immunity as well like you know Bob a lot of us do have like oh I can't go out because there is pollen there is dust like you know but bringing something indoor and still practicing and slowly coming out to a safe place and breathing fresh air is still good like yeah we do give the excuses sometimes just because we haven't seen the benefits right and now with these benefits giving yourself the try giving yourself the reason to do it as well like you know saying yes I'm skeptic I'll give it a try for at least two weeks and see the changes have a journal to go by so you really watch your things you progress yourself and see what's coming up here so simple things walk bare feet on the grass or the sand or on the inside the home bare feet again like visualizing you are really connecting to the mother earth use a grounding mat or a sheet while sleeping garden more as well like you know play with your plants place your hands into the compost or the soil as well indulge yourself there maybe have a raised beds or a pot as well if you live in a condo take a dip in the ocean or like a bath as well salt bath will help you as well so there are many ways that we can still bring in I know a client who brings us bag of sand and dips her feet in the sand when she's really feeling tired so there are plenty ways we can still do the work and it's such a simple yet powerful technique to connect with the earth so here hope this really helped you to rethink into it the ways you can do it bring in back those changes do post me keep me informed what are you doing if something else I haven't mentioned please do let me educate me love to know more tools that you're using like the sandbag you're using to be grounded to be earthed connecting to the mother earth yeah for me the other thing is meditation as well the visualization that I am anchor is another powerful way to do it so good luck with that enjoy this and please do leave a review or a comment as that really helps the life is magical podcast to be visible and to be reached to many more souls with that thank you and have a beautiful beautiful day lots of love namaste

Very important subject. I walk on grass whenever I can now. I have a lot of inflammation and I was also thinking of using a grounding sheet. I tell people about it whenever I can. We need to reconnect with Mother Earth 🌎🌲🌿
