It's time to let go,

To ease the muscles in your body,

In your mind,

To let go of doing and focus on just being.

No more swirling thoughts,

Clouding the head.

Let's liberate the mind,

Clear the clouds.

Watch them dissolve into thin air.

See the clouds parting,

Slowly revealing the tranquil blue ceiling above.

Breathe into this open space,

Freely,

Gently.

Notice how your breath,

Your body,

Your mind are all working together in harmony now,

Effortlessly calmly.

Harmony and peace starts within.

Look out into the clear blue sky.

Notice something small and white floating towards you.

Is it a plane?

No.

It's a dove.

You can see its wings flapping now,

Its pure white body soaring high above you.

The dove brings a gentle breeze with it.

Feel the wind brush softly across your skin.

Simply tossing your hair.

How this breeze refreshes you.

Are distractions trying to interrupt you?

Pull you back down?

Let them go in the wind.

Those things can wait.

It's your time now to rest.

Rest in His presence.

Rest in His presence.
