Hello divine being.
Welcome to Virgo Harvest,
A meditation honoring Virgo season.
You might hear a bird in the background,
Which I can't do anything about as I live in the jungle.
But what a perfect accompaniment to such an earthly essence.
Speaking of,
You might decide to sit on the earth for this meditation or find a grounding place to settle in.
Close your eyes if that feels safe and let your body settle exactly where it has landed.
Sink into the weight of your bones.
Feel your feet pressing into the surface beneath you.
Your body is clay,
Dense,
Malleable,
Alive.
Allowing yourself to arrive here.
Let your shoulders soften.
Let your jaw unclench.
Welcome to your ritual space,
Your sacred temple.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Open your mouth,
Release.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Fill it up.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Last time,
Take a big breath in,
Hold at the top.
This time,
Sigh it out,
Release.
Let your breath return back to its natural pace.
Bring your awareness to your hands.
Knowing that these are not ordinary hands.
They are tools of devotion.
They tend,
They gather,
They craft.
Imagine your hands shaping,
Planting,
Weaving,
And offering.
Feel the pulse in your wrists,
The subtle warmth of your palms.
These hands carry the knowledge of care.
They are a vessel for your intention,
A conduit for your magic.
Now shift your attention downward to your feet.
Feel them rooted in the earth.
Tiny roots curl from your soles,
Winding through the soil and finding fertile ground.
You are anchored,
You are steady,
You are grounded like a field at harvest.
Move your awareness to your belly now.
The moon in your body,
Waxing and waning with every breath.
Place a hand there if it feels natural.
Feel the warmth,
The soft pulse,
The gentle undulations of life.
Imagine seeds resting in this fertile ground.
Every inhale brings nourishment.
And every exhale allows space for the harvest to swell.
Notice the abundance that is already yours.
Your body is a basket of flowers.
Carrying the yield of all your devotion.
Your breath is a gathering.
Your heart a cornucopia,
Colorful,
Overflowing,
Sacred,
And full.
Scan your body slowly from your crown to your feet.
Feel the earthiness of your skin,
The stretch in your spine,
And the rhythm in your lungs.
The fields of your body are so lush.
Greenery curls,
Roots deepen,
And clay softens.
Imagine the work of a gentle caretaker,
Deliberate,
Attentive,
And sacred.
Each small movement,
Each subtle breath is magic.
The tending of a garden,
The arranging of herbs,
And the preparation of offering.
This is the devotion of Virgo.
You are both caretaker and temple.
And you are the ritual.
Now,
Bringing your awareness to your senses,
The taste of air on your lips,
The texture of your skin against fabric,
The warmth of your hands,
Knowing that each sensation is a gift.
Each pulse a tiny constellation lighting up inside of you.
Feeling the sensuality of your presence.
You are attentive and alive.
There is no rush.
Just like the tree doesn't rush to flower or to produce fruit.
The tree knows that this moment is full and complete.
Imagine the energy in your belly rising gently like sap through roots,
Like moonlight touching soil.
Let it flow through your hands,
Through your chest,
And through your back.
You are a living map of abundance.
Each part of you participates in this harvest,
Each breath.
Every heartbeat is part of your devotion.
If your mind wanders,
Gently return to your breath.
Return to the thrum of your wrists,
The warmth inside of you,
The steady pulse of the earth beneath you.
Notice the intricacy,
The detail,
The careful weaving of your own presence.
This is the harvester at work.
As we draw our awareness back,
Feeling the steadiness in your shape,
The lightness in your chest.
You have tended and you have gathered and you have worshipped.
This is an invitation to carry this awareness with you as you return to the world.
Your body is a temple,
Your hands are tools,
And your breath is ritual.
Take a deep inhalation into that knowing.
And exhale,
Slowly release.
Another deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
One last time,
Full breath in.
Exhale,
Breathe out.
So nice.
As you're ready,
Open your eyes.
And as you move through this day in Virgo season,
Let it be sacred,
Grounded,
Intricate,
And alive.
Invitation to carry this energy with you for the rest of your day.
Namaste.
Www.
Mooji.
