Grief Is A Gift
Grief is a gift because it reveals how deeply we have loved. It asks us to slow down, feel, and honour what truly mattered. Even when it hurts, grief can open the heart and bring us closer to ourselves. It reminds us that nothing meaningful is ever fully lost, it continues to live within us.

I want to talk about grief.
I have a big experience about grief because In the early days,
When I was a teenager,
I lost my father.
That was the first experience where I have encountered.
This archetype because I see it more like as an archetype rather than.
.
.
Only an emotion or perhaps like a situation,
An experience.
I see it almost like as a a wise entity that comes and wants to teach me something.
That's how I see this archetype.
And I remember that the first thing that I did when I received this news that my father I passed was I went into my room and I sit down with myself.
I placed my hand on my belly.
And I said to myself,
You are okay.
I am okay,
I am.
.
.
Love.
And I am here with you.
I am here for you.
This experience really made such a big difference.
In unfolding that experience because I went instantly into self-compassion.
That was an escaping for the emotion because later on,
Of course,
I actually reached out to a professional.
I did everything that has to be done.
I felt really.
.
.
Blessed.
On the fact and the idea that There is.
.
.
Entity an archetype that wants to Teach us something.
And later on,
When I experienced also my mother having a big health issue,
It was quite a traumatic experience.
I actually use the same.
Um this same kind of tool.
And that really helped me out a lot.
What I want to share about grief is that grief if we are able to be really open and curious,
Becomes a teacher.
Becomes really something that we can learn.
Really also grow from it.
And,
Uh.
.
.
Also Like making a time during the day where we fully experience Because,
You know,
When we When we avoid the feeling,
We avoid the healing.
And this is a very important thing.
I'm gonna repeat it.
When we avoid feeling,
We avoid healing.
So it's very important.
To fear.
This experience to enter it.
Almost like a temple,
Okay,
Even if it's dark.
And I know there is.
Vulnerable to enter into this temple we enter and we enter with reverence and curiosity and the whole experience is going to be totally different because we are going like to a teacher and ask okay tell me something about this and then we start to write.
Journaling is such a great tool and I really recommend it for this experience because it's actually something that will definitely make a huge difference.
And.
.
.
Designating a time.
Is a great tool because instead of like dragging out this thing for the whole day we are actually making a designated time where we fully acknowledge that.
And we enter into that,
And then we also make a boundary and we say,
OK,
Thank you,
Archetype.
I appreciate your time.
Wisdom now I want to exit this temple.
We actually can actually state that in order to enter more into this.
Learning into this teaching we take.
Amore.
Really more also like.
.
.
A structure where we feel more safe.
And I really encourage you to take a moment.
Observe.
Anything that is challenging and think about it like an archetype that comes to you and say,
Okay,
This is what I'm teaching you here.
And we are there taking it in.
And release.
Experience it for what it is without making it a scenario big thing.
And because sometimes we tend,
As humans,
To take a situation and escalate it.
To make more because maybe we need more insurance for someone else or we need attention,
We make it even more.
Difficulty in what they are.
In what it is.
My acknowledgment about This is Grief is a teacher.
Grief is an emotion that,
Yes,
Is difficult,
But if We enter.
Into it with reverence and curiosity the world seeing that experience is going to change.
Let me know how it goes,
I really did this.
Really bring you into that state of curiosity and awareness and I'll see you next time.
Blessings.
