It was created by a neurodivergent practitioner with autism and sensory sensitivity, shaped by a lifelong experience of using sound as a way to find calm in an overwhelming world. From an early age, music and specific sounds — often listened to through headphones — became a reliable way to self-soothe, regulate emotions, and create a sense of safety. Sound Sanctuary now shares that same approach with others who may need support slowing down, grounding, or simply finding a moment of quiet. Through soothing soundscapes, meditation, and gentle guidance, each session is designed to support relaxation and emotional balance. The space is calm, non-judgemental, and open to anyone who feels comfort in sound.
