This is a long sound bath, just over 50 minutes, starting with a twelve-minute guided visualisation (accompanied by Koshi Chimes) to invite you to connect inwards, supporting deep rest before bathing in the sound from five Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls. Charlotte invites you to return to waking awareness with a lullaby of Kochi Chimes, Voice, Crystal Pyramid, and verbal cues.
