Welcome to this half-hour sound bath meditation, starting with a guided visualisation that invites you to bask in contentment and deep rest before bathing in the sound from five Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls. Charlotte invites you to return to waking awareness with a lullaby of Kochi Chimes, Voice, Crystal Pyramid, and verbal cues. We recommend you use your best headphones or sound system and get super comfy and warm before diving in.

Welcome,

Welcome to Love Revolution.

I'm inviting you to light a flame.

I already have a candle burning.

I'm just burning some aromatics.

To fill this space with love and light and goodness.

And all the wisdom that we need today.

And inviting contentment.

I'm just briefly inviting you to connect with this eucalyptus.

Allowing it to clear.

Anything that needs to be washed away.

Maybe imagining that you're inhaling.

Maybe eucalyptus or rosemary or all this.

Any fragrance that for you opens and clears.

And see if you can allow that kind of tingling,

Expansive sensation to really open your head and the back of your body.

Your lungs.

Your diaphragm and your belly.

You can imagine that you are breathing this in through your pelvis,

Through your pelvic floor.

Just allow any sound to come out.

Maybe it involves the lips.

And just turn around a few times with an awareness that this connection exists between your pelvic floor and your jaw.

As you soften and connect and sound and move and relax in one the other will be influenced.

As you soften and connect and move and relax in one the other will be influenced.

And just breathing into that quiet.

And see if you can allow a sense of satisfaction and contentment.

And if that doesn't immediately become present,

Imagining how it would feel if you could,

What would contentment feel like?

And just breathing into that as you start to allow yourself to really relax.

Maybe imagining that we are all around the fire.

Maybe you're in a bathtub by the fire.

Water the perfect temperature.

Maybe you're tucked up in a bed by the fire.

You can come to join this circle however.

Feels delightful to you.

Maybe this fire is on a beach or in a forest or a cave.

The fire is listening and holding and observing and carrying anything that's on your heart into the other realms,

Into the places that are not of physical.

Inviting you to sense into the next moment from this one.

What is being asked of you?

Are you being asked to move?

To awaken?

Are you being invited more deeply into rest?

Do you need to bring movement into your body?

Do you need to journal?

Stretch?

Or simply be for a while longer?

Is there a sense of contentment available to you?

And is there a path of contentment clear ahead of you?

Maybe there's another word or sense specific for you.

Hmm.

Inviting you to trust in your own capacity to navigate from here.
