And Brian over there will be the artist of the sound vibrations that we will be experiencing.

Gently just get comfortable.
Find yourself in a laying position.
Ideally something that can be held for long periods of time or a little while.

Without needing or actioning them in any way,

Just watch them pass by.

Sending the vibrational energy towards any part of your mind or body that you feel may use the love.

Notice the vibrations and sounds without the need to change or judge.
Simply accept it for what it is.
