The Year of the Earth Pig,

Starting 5th February 2019,

Contains a Yin energy,

Which is great for keeping us on balance in this universal year of three,

Which is one of created self-expression,

Authenticity and soul's abundance.

The motto for 2019 could be smile and shine,

To really radiate out the joy starting to generate standing in your own power.

The pig is the life-lover archetype,

With a joy to live,

So exuberance can naturally flow.

Endowed with an extraordinary imagination,

Dreaming is easy,

And yet it is important to also take inspired action and transform these ideas into reality.

The pig is the final of the 12 symbols of the Chinese zodiac.

It symbolises the plant germination and the birth of a new life form.

It's time to plant the seeds of possibility into the Winter Earth Yin energy,

Ready for your blooms to be seen from 2020 onwards.

In the new cycle of years,

Starting next January in the Year of the Rat.

With all this said,

2019 is the perfect year to celebrate with joy how far you have come,

Where you are now,

And to be really ready to radiate your beautiful individuality into the world,

As you plant your energy ready for the next 12 year cycle.

And what better way to kick that off than celebrating with Chinese New Year.

So let's tune in and ignite some of the qualities of the pig,

So we can all embrace and leverage the energies flowing through the year.

So take a lovely breath into your heart space,

Coming to the here and now,

And let that go.

Take another breath in,

And see that breath go upwards through your throat,

Up through your head,

Out through your crown,

And seeing go upwards,

Connecting into the great central sun,

A source of love and light that you know and trust.

Connecting into that energy,

Bring that light with your breath back down,

Through your crown,

And head,

Through your throat,

Down through your heart space,

Torso,

Abdomen,

Through your root and legs,

And deep into the earth below.

Connecting those energies to the core crystal at the centre of Gaia,

Where the blueprint is held to remind us of life with love and joy,

Freedom,

Acceptance,

Connection and abundance.

Bring that energy back up through the earth,

Through your feet and root,

Up through your sacral area,

Torso,

Connecting it into your heart space,

And see that energy radiate out from you 360 degrees all the way around you.

Connecting into your soul space,

Into your higher self,

And the realms of your universal self.

So whilst you're connecting into this beautiful space and allowing the peace to radiate through you and around you,

Invite you to call in the swirling colours into your heart of a million red and gold,

The traditional Chinese New Year colours and the colours of the Year of the Pig.

As they swirl in their energies through your heart and see them expand out and radiate out into your soul space,

Really bringing a richness and a liveliness.

The colours of celebration into your space.

So I invite you to think back to February 2008 and where were you in your life then?

Were you on the start of a new venture or path?

How did you feel about those possibilities back in February 2008?

How far have you come on your journey of awakening since then?

What would you say to your younger self with this hindsight?

And for all the times over the last 12 years that you didn't trust,

For the challenging times when you didn't call on your higher self or rely on your intuition,

For the pathways that didn't bring you all that you had hoped for,

For all these elements we offer the whole porno porno statement to yourself,

To your heart.

So as we stand here in 2019,

Let's celebrate all that has unfolded in the last 12 years.

Can you reflect on how happy you were in 2008?

How was your relationship with yourself and your heart back then?

What brought you joy?

What brings you joy now?

How can you bring that forward more each day in your life?

What were your dreams back in 2008?

What has eventuated into reality since then?

What didn't come true?

Reflect on how that makes you feel.

And again,

Let's offer the whole porno porno statement to ourselves and for those around us.

Releasing any mental stress or stresses held within the body,

Where you feel you have not met or fulfilled your dreams in any way,

Shape or form.

And find the gratitude for what did divinely unfold in its own perfect time,

In its own perfect way.

So anything that has surfaced from this space of self-reflection that you are ready to let go of,

See them sitting in your heart space and visualize a beautiful night sky for New Year.

But as the fireworks start exploding magnificently in the sky above you,

See each of these emotions and feelings that no longer serve you,

That you wish to be free from,

Exploding with those fireworks in the night sky,

Letting them go,

Transmuting them into nothingness.

Let you know everyone as they explode and visualize the most magnificent firework display for a few moments as you celebrate and release all that no longer serves you over the past 12 years.

And as the firework display comes to a close,

You are witness to the most beautiful,

Clear night sky,

Balmy sky,

All ready for you to create with a new color,

Vibrancy,

Energy and joy.

The Pig Energy and the Universal Year of Three is about dreaming of a life full of joy,

Self-expression and authenticity.

So picture a pig rolling around in the muck,

Happy as,

Enjoying the physical sensations it brings.

When they do this,

It regulates its temperature.

So see yourself being regulated in terms of your balance and harmony and how you feel,

Just like the pig.

Rubbing in mud helps to clear out those pesky bugs or in your case thoughts you don't want on or in you.

When they wallow in mud,

They enjoy the feeling it brings and it marks their territory.

How can you mark your territory wallowing in the things that you love to do and to feel?

Visualize being covered in those blissful feelings that bring you joy and comfort.

How can you mark your territory in the world from this space of pure joy and happiness?

Squealing with the light as you get to do what you want to do each and every day as only you can.

Call those elements of joy and feeling that are radiating in through you into your heart right now allowing them to circulate and swirl and down to your abdomen and filling every cell of your body.

Every aspect of you really radiating and feeling this blissful happiness just like a pig in muck.

And in this moment we ask that any belief known or hidden,

Any subconscious belief,

Any past life programming or any soul contract that you have running that stops you feeling safe to be in your element of joy where you feel it is not right and proper to experience a natural radiation of happiness in your life.

Today we ask to be dissolved,

Deleted,

Un-stored,

Decreated across all time,

Space,

Dimensions and realities and shown the divine white path for healing.

Instead we anchor in back into our heart and the cells within our body.

How vibrant we feel we can naturally generate within ourselves this feeling of joy that it is okay to mark our own territory in this world as only we can to experience happiness for what we do,

Doing what we love and feeling in balance and harmony and peaceful and joyful just as the pig is in muck so are you wrapped up in that support and warmth and comfort and joy of those energies in and around you and feel those now.

And whilst you are in this beautiful place of being how deeply can you commit to immersing in your own mud of joy each and every day.

To roll around in the muck of your making to enjoy how lovely it makes you feel and to know this is your patch and you get to do things your way in your life.

And now with this visualization also call in a beautiful beam of white light and it comes into your soul space six foot above you and it's like a shower of beautiful light washing and cleansing all of that mud off you starting through your head and as it drips down it releases and cleanses and clears all of the debris all of the dirt as it washes down your shoulders and arms over your body down through your back on your skin and through your body down to your lower back and hips and running down your legs and into the ground see all that beautiful shower of white light washing off the mud cleansing and clearing your space your belief systems any contracts you have and any beliefs that you're held at a soul vowel level we release them anything that is stopping you feeling this true joy this radiance release it back to the light in this moment.

And now again see that golden light of the Chinese colors swirl into your space drying you off encapsulating inner richness for life and with the red igniting your passion and joy for life once more and see that smile beaming through your heart across your face and lift your energy and cells with that joy for it is time to smile and shine in 2019 being as happy as a pig in mud.

So breathe that energy into your heart space bringing your attention back to your physical body and the here and now bringing with you all those feelings anchoring them in your body knowing you can call in your symbol of your pig and those colors anytime you choose as you celebrate who you are and open your eyes gently and notice how you feel in this moment.

So celebrate the year of the pig a small moment each and every day just to celebrate your life your breath your smile your joy enjoy namaste.
