Guiding Star of Polaris

A few words of wisdom to introduce Polaris - the North Star, followed by a fast paced healing Activation for a renewed connection to Polaris, and a sense of wholeness, trust, stability and truth. Start bringing more of your authentic self through self-expression with confidence and inner power.

Sometimes we could do with a guiding light to follow,

Something that shows us the way,

That's reliable,

That we know will always appear in the night sky,

Just as we have the sun in the day.

Sometimes when we can turn to the North Star or Polaris,

Which is a beacon of light and has been followed for eons by many as a reliable star anchored in the sky for those travelling many distances,

Including the Magi's towards the stable at Christmas.

Polaris is also a soul realm,

So that means we can tap into its energetic support to feel the qualities of spirit that radiate from it,

Dependable,

Reliable and true.

It shines out the energy and the quality of spirit of being whole,

There is nothing missing,

There's nothing else that would make it complete.

So when we can start tapping into that energy and calling that in within ourselves,

We can stop looking outside ourselves for the answers.

Then we can start feeling more stable and trust that all is well,

That sense of wholeness and completeness.

The Polaris energy helps us move out of polarity and into a more unified field of oneness.

One way to remember about Polaris is think of a pole,

You know,

A reliable,

Strong,

Sturdy,

Guiding light in the sky for you to follow and call upon when you are longing to feel whole once more.

Polaris is associated with the throat chakra and bringing this energy in supports you to bring more of your authentic self through in your self expression.

Whether that's verbal,

Written or even communication at a deeper level,

The Polaris energy can allow you to bring forward your unique expression with confidence and your own inner power.

For some who spent time in Polaris as their soul realm,

A quality that does come up is stubbornness with your thinking and the way things should be.

So when we call in this energy,

Although we think of the pole,

Think that you can be more like bamboo with flexibility flowing in the wind,

Understanding that others have free choice and that we all have our own ways of bringing our uniqueness to the oneness.

Others ideas and thoughts and how they express themselves may not be in alignment with us,

But when we tap into the Polaris energy,

We can understand and have compassion for the differences and know that we can still bring forth our own truth.

Use this Polaris energy to unite your mind,

Body and spirit and to guide all aspects of you towards alignment and trusting everything is okay.

When you feel whole and complete within yourself,

You are able to radiate the essence of wholeness to the world.

You know you have everything you could ever need right inside you,

Right here,

Right now.

Alight the flame of connection to this wholeness and help end the search outside yourself for the answers to bring your own happiness and fulfilment.

Your highest loyalty is to your spirit,

So bring that commitment forward with trust,

Wholeness and unity and move back into the truth of who you really are.

So let's move into an activation where we can reconnect once more to the energy of Polaris to bring forward more of that sense of wholeness,

Truth,

Stability,

Reliability and oneness.

So take a deep breath into your heart space,

Absorbing in the information that your mind has received,

Knowing now it is time for your heart and soul and spirit to receive the energy of Polaris.

And take a breath into your heart and see that energy go up through your throat and head,

Out through your crown and connecting into a great central sun,

Your source of love and light that you know and trust.

And bring that energy back down through your crown and head and throat,

Through your heart,

Torso,

Abdomen,

Down through your root,

Into your legs,

Into the earth below,

Connecting once again at the core crystal up the centre of the earth and resonating with the energy of the blueprint of how life is supposed to be lived.

Bringing those energies back up through your feet and legs and root,

Abdomen,

Torso and see them shine out from your heart space 360 degrees,

Connecting into your beautiful soul space.

And in this moment feel the peace and serenity of just being out of your mind and into your energetic body with observance,

No place to go,

Nothing to do,

Simply to be.

And in this moment take note of how whole and complete your feeling may be on a scale of one to ten.

Without any judgement just pick the first number that comes to your head when you ask your heart how whole and complete do you feel.

I'd like for you to visualise a beautiful night sky,

Stunning,

There's dark patches,

Light patches,

Bright stars,

Milky ways,

Just clouds of stars,

Billions and trillions of stars out there.

Some are big,

Small,

Bright,

All varying but there's one in this moment that's catching your eye.

You've seen it before and you will see it again.

And it is that of the North Star.

And I want you to feel in this beautiful soul space we're going to take a journey and you can move really easily and effortlessly towards this energy of Polaris.

Even if it's in your creative imagination calling that energy in.

As you approach it you feel a new vibration of energy and light permeating your soul space,

Coming in to your body,

All of your bodies.

And we ask that any belief,

Known or hidden,

Any subconscious belief,

Any past life programming,

Any soul contract that has you believing that you need to be separate from everyone and everything where you feel the sense of wholeness eludes you,

Where you're bowed down by the weight in the mind of separation.

Today we ask that any of those beliefs to be distorted,

Decreated and returned to the Divine White Light for healing.

And so it is.

As we start to eliminate those elements within our etheric bodies that are keeping us from feeling whole and complete,

That bring in fear of the future,

Radiate separation issues,

All for them to start dissolving,

Transmuting and returning to the White Light.

And instead with this beautiful energy of Polaris swirling like a white energy vortex in and around your space.

It is like you are being held,

You are feeling complete in this energy.

You feel a new strength from within,

A sense of reliability and truth with the element of trust.

For in this energy we ask that every cell of your body and your mind and your spirit be reconnected to the truth that you are already whole.

To help eliminate the essence of polarity that we experience here on earth.

Returning once again to unification,

Knowing each of us are so unique and yet we are just individuations of the all that is.

And returning to that sense in your heart right now of completeness,

Of being,

Of you are enough.

And I'd like for you to call in the symbol of a staff like a crook,

Imagine a shepherd leaning on his crook as he herds his sheep,

Just as they would have done thousands of years ago following the North Star and Polaris to guide their flocks and anchor that symbol into your heart space.

We're also asking that our throat chakra may open up in this moment running a vortex of turquoise energy and calling in the Polarian energy symbol in and around the throat area and we ask that any belief,

No hidden,

Any subconscious belief,

Any past life programming,

Any soul contract that you feel that is not safe to bring forward your truth in your unique way worrying about what other people will think if you freely express what is important to you.

Today we ask to be dissolved,

Eluted,

Unstored,

Decreated across all time,

Space,

Dimensions and realities and allowing that freedom to flow in through your throat and feeling the release that is transmuted back to the white light.

Feeling that freedom in and around your throat and your shoulders and your neck,

Feeling a weight is being lifted,

Calling in the violet transmuting flame to remove any shadowing of shackles that you've held for many,

Many lifetimes around your neck that has stopped you from bringing your authentic voice forward in this lifetime and releasing and finding the freedom,

Calling in that Polaris energy and radiating it through your throat space.

So you may feel once again you are safe to radiate the truth of who you are,

Your authentic voice without any element of stubbornness or righteousness,

Knowing everyone has free choice and free will and move forward with a deeper sense of compassion and love as those around express to you which may differ from your own thoughts and beliefs and for you to anchor in that this is perfectly okay.

And see that staff in your heart as you step up with the power and confidence to be once more the leader that you are here to be,

Whether that be in the role of a mother,

A partner,

A work colleague,

A friend.

You have a role of leadership to play in this life as only you uniquely can and bring forward that element of trust and knowingness and wholeness and strength of stability and reliability and being dependable once more into your heart space and into that symbol of the staff.

Now bringing that symbol down into your abdomen,

Into your womb space of creation and I'd like for you to imagine in this moment how life could be when you realise and you operate from the space that you already have everything you need with inside yourself.

You are already whole and complete and that you can call upon this energy of Polaris any time you choose to be your guiding light in life,

To give you the courage and confidence,

The wisdom and the inspiration to guide yourself as you inspire others on their life path too.

Allowing the energy of Polaris to swirl in and around your body space,

Radiating through your whole soul space,

Really anchoring in this connection,

See that white light run down through your root,

Through your legs and into the earth below so you can feel totally safe and secure and confident and powerful to walk in this reality on this earth,

The divine love and light that you are,

To be the guiding light that you are.

And see those beams radiate out from your heart space all the way around,

You are no longer dimming your light,

You are here to claim your true power and purpose and passion as you speak your truth with love and compassion as only you can.

Now gathering that beautiful energy take a deep breath into your heart space,

Coming back to your awareness of your physical body and in this moment ask yourself on a scale of 1 to 10 how whole and complete do you feel?

And ramp it up even further allowing that vibration of the light of Polaris to move through your bodies even more effectively and efficiently to raise your vibration,

Knowing that you have once again connected into this light and you only ever have to remember the symbol of the staff to reignite this connection to Polaris so that you may see it as your guiding light just as you guide others in their life.

So taking another breath and bring your attention back to your physical body and start moving your fingers and toes and when you are ready slowly opening your eyes and just have an awareness of the change of energy that you are feeling in this moment,

How strong and confident you feel to bring your truth forward,

That you are reliable,

You can rely upon yourself,

That you are trustworthy and you have the inner connection now once more to remember the truth of who you are and to follow the guiding light and to be the guiding light.
