A beautifully relaxing meditation. Chakra meditation is new to me, I’m trying to understand the beliefs and work on my mindset with it. I saw blue and my body totally relaxed. I did my best to just let the sounds move around inside me as they felt the need to. At first I tried to force concentration to the third eye area, but then felt the tension in my eyes, hands and feet, relaxed and just let it flow. It felt amazing. Calm and free.
