This is Lauren Danielle with Soul Divine.
And I want to invite you to this Soul Divine moment to clear your chakras.
So take this moment to find a comfortable seat and close your eyes.
Begin to deepen your breath.
Breathe in from your abdomen area.
Now I want you to find yourself imagining this sound is traveling from your root chakra which is located at the base of your spine.
In which you see the color red.
Then you're going to move on up to your sacral chakra in which you may see the color orange.
Moving on up to your solar plexus in which the color yellow is radiating from that space.
Moving up to the heart center where you will see the color green.
Moving on up to the throat where you see the color blue.
Moving up to the third eye in between the eyebrows.
Seeing the color violet.
And lastly,
Going up to your crown.
Allowing a deep purple to radiate from the space.
Now I want you to go back down all the way to the root and start to work your way back up to the crown.
Seeing all the colors radiating on the same level.
Then you begin to notice that the colors start to blend in together.
And those colors start to form one big color that's sitting at the top of your crown chakra.
And then that one color washes over your aura.
And whatever that color may be,
Take it with you throughout your day.
Begin to bring gentle movement to your fingertips and your toes.
As you awaken your body slowly bring your awareness back to the space.
Deepening your breath again.
