The eternal beloved,
Welcome home.
This contemplation is sourced from my book,

I want you to take a few moments now to find a comfortable place where you can relax,
Either sitting or lying down.
Make sure you will be undisturbed for the next 10 to 15 minutes.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,
Releasing any tension or stress from your mind and body.
As you exhale,
Relax effortlessly into whatever is occurring around you.
Become aware of your breath,
The temperature of your skin,
Perhaps a few sounds in the distance.
That's okay.
Because when you come home to yourself,
You are completely aware that you are already everything in existence.
The inner core never changes.
It is ever-present.
Here,
All comparisons disappear.
So bathe in the safety and peace of your natural state.
Allow yourself to be embraced by the oneness of everything in this boundless ocean of love.
So rest now in your inner home,
The home which belongs to everyone,
The one life we all share.
Embrace this wonderful state of awareness.
It is the crowning glory of human consciousness.
Once you become anchored here,
A journey of awakening and transformation can occur.
And the light of your authentic nature,
The eternal beloved,
Will illuminate your path to right here,
Where you already are.
Here,
You and your awakened self merge.
Yet,
You have never really been separated.
Being at home,
In your eternal beloved nature,
Is very beautiful.
It wants nor lacks anything at all.
For here,
You are free from all beliefs,
Judgments,
Preferences,
And duality.
Separation does not exist.
And you feel a connection with all things,
Manifest and unmanifest.
Here,
You no longer see solely through the eyes of an individual,
But through the vision of the eternal beloved,
Who is in love and conscious union with all life.
Presence in the here and now is the ultimate cure of all your ills and problems.
So,
Open your heart to feel and embrace the eternal beloved that is you.
Limitless awareness without beginning or ending.
Here,
You realize that this infinite pervading consciousness is ever-present always.
You and life itself are one.
And all creation shares the same soul.
Breathes the same breath.
Loves with the same heart.
Welcome home.
For eternal beloved,
You are already more valuable and precious than anything the world could ever offer you.
You are of the greatest worth.
More than anything you could buy,
Achieve,
Or succeed at.
You already have right now,
In this moment,
Everything you could spend a lifetime trying to gain or accomplish.
Eternal beloved,
You are the greatest gift you can ever give to yourself.
So,
Bathe gently and reverently in yourself.
And welcome the most tender and beautiful connection you can ever make with the eternal beloved that is you.
Rest in the eternal now,
Which encompasses all that has passed and all yet to manifest.
Your immediate presence with the eternal beloved unveils the truth of reality.
You never arrived and you will not leave.
You are always here.
You are the one you have been searching for all of your life.
Welcome home.
And now,
Just take a few moments to relax in this awareness,
Knowing that you can connect consciously with the eternal beloved that is you at any time you choose.
