Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth at a pace that is comfortable for you,

Centering in your body.

And I will be leading you on this journey today to reconnect to the vibrational truth of who you are.

You may want to focus on your heart chakra to bring yourself into this present moment to begin to open your energy,

Your physical,

Mental,

Emotional bodies to receive this transmission now.

Placing one hand over your heart chakra,

Breathing deeply,

I am here,

I am now.

You may want to visualize,

Sense,

Or imagine a nurturing green energy flowing in through your heart chakra as you connect more deeply within now,

Letting go of anything that's going on around you,

Anything that's been coming up for you,

Just setting it down around you.

Visualizing,

Sensing,

Or imagining that you are surrounded in a ring of violet light and as you place down these things that are going on for you,

These circumstances,

Situations,

They are held by your guides and any of them that are ready to dissolve will begin dissolving in that violet light now.

Breathing into your heart,

Visualizing,

Sensing,

Or imagining that nurturing green light and beginning to imagine that you are now in a pillar of golden green light with your heart chakra intention.

You are expanding your field,

Your consciousness,

And your connection above into source light,

Connecting into the soul aspects of yourself.

You can welcome them into your space and breathing in gratitude for your connection,

And as you do so,

Your pillar of light expands and amplifies,

Connecting you even more into that iridescent source light and letting this iridescent source light flow down like a liquid energy over your crown chakra,

Free from illusions,

Free from programs,

And this is information that comes through frequency.

So there may not be words to describe it,

Release any mental requirement to define this experience and simply breathing,

And already this golden white flame of illumination coming into your space.

It is surrounding you.

This pulls away the veils.

This golden white flame of illumination now is filling up your pillar of light,

Filling up your whole energy field.

Or imagine a spiraling sensation as this flame moves through your field.

This flame is a fifth dimensional and above frequency.

So it's the energy of connection,

Of love,

Of peace,

And it's just helping to rinse away some of the illusion that we hold on to and recalibrate you back into your truth.

I am joy.

I am abundance.

Now feel,

Or imagine earth energies coming up to support you.

As you tap into this truth,

The abundance,

The connection,

The nurturing from these earth energies begins to rise up,

Ancient and deep connected within the earth.

And as you stand on this golden platform,

Those energetic roots are also within you now as you allow a deeper earth connection,

A deeper embodiment of this golden white flame of illumination.

Very anchored.

You may notice an ancient tree again with these green and gold energies,

This ancient connection to the earth that you hold in your energy field,

Allowing yourself to become more grounded,

More present,

More physically embodied,

More of your soul self physically embodied.

Pay attention to this tree for a few moments.

You may want to sense or imagine yourself putting your hands on it or hugging it,

Holding on to it,

Noticing what you may see in it.

Maybe there's something curved in it.

Maybe there's an animal or a guide.

Allow yourself to connect to this physical earth aspect,

This energetic representation of the golden white flame of illumination.

As you pay attention to this tree and you repeat to yourself,

I am,

Notice what comes after that.

I am beautiful.

Again,

Allowing these energies,

This transmission to flow.

Now we are going to pull this all into the heart chakra to symbolize anchoring it in our energy field,

Anchoring it in who we are in this now moment,

In this now reality.

You may visualize,

Sense,

Or imagine placing that tree or a golden flame into your heart chakra,

Sending gratitude to these energies,

Sending gratitude to yourself,

Sending gratitude to the earth.

Allow this gratitude to radiate from your heart chakra expansively down into your solar plexus,

Into the core,

Radiating above into your throat chakra,

Expanding and expanding with this beautiful energy of gratitude for this connection,

For yourself.

We are anchoring this into your energy field,

Into your physical body,

Your mental,

Emotional bodies now.

Anchoring this into all dimensional aspects of yourself that is highest and best to receive this.

Anchoring this into your multidimensional Akashic records in any way that is best for you now.

Now beginning to come back to the physical edges of your body,

Still staying connected to this energy as you set the intention to pull your focus and attention back to where you are now,

Back to your normal energetic size,

Activated,

Aligned.
