This was an excellent experience.

I fell asleep listening to this and woke up to my elderly dog snoring under my bed. She got up to give me some sloppy kisses and I went back to sleep smiling. Not until my alarm rang in the morning and I really did wake up did I remember that she died 4 years ago ❤️

This started as a way to take a nap but suddenly a white wolf appeared to take me somewhere. Initially I shapeshifted to become her but then became my own- running beside and just behind her. We ended up on a cliff overlooking what appeared to be a village school or orphanage with many little children.....in the middle of them was a tall beautiful woman with her long hair wrapped and up. It was my beautiful daughter. She noticed us and waved. I then went down the hill and became me again.....to my daughter....who left this earthly realm 2 years ago....so much to the story in such a short journey. I cried but with tears of gratitude. Seeing her teaching and caring for these young underprivileged, poor children. Children she never got to have. So much love. Thank you....

A beautiful experience, it helps that there is plenty of quiet moments left for us to visualise things. A few prompts & then quiet for a few minutes each time. Perfect 👌
