Hello and welcome to this Archangel Gabriel meditation.

Known as the Divine Messenger,

Gabriel brings clarity,

Creativity and communication to our lives,

Helping us express our truth and embrace new beginnings.

In this meditation we will be inviting Gabriel into our hearts and minds opening ourselves up to divine guidance,

Pure expression and the unfolding of your soul's truth.

Beginning by getting comfortable either laying down or sitting upright with your spine supported,

Taking in a deep breath and as you exhale feeling your body relax,

Allowing you to sink deeper into the support beneath you.

Closing your eyes and gently allowing yourself to let go of any tension or worry.

This is your time,

A time to connect,

To receive and to restore.

Begin to focus all of your attention on how it feels as each breath moves in and out of your body and that with each breath you can allow yourself to sink deeper into a state of calm.

Feeling the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each breath as you soften more and more.

Noticing that thoughts might try to creep in and take up space but knowing that you can let them go.

However pressing they might be you can return to them later on today or you could just let them go entirely that is completely up to you.

Using your breath as the anchor throughout this meditation and however much we might connect with these higher realms we can always anchor ourselves back into our bodies and into safety at any time.

Archangel Gabriel,

Divine messenger,

I invite you into my heart and mind.

Surround me with your presence bringing clarity,

Creativity,

And truth into my life.

I open myself to your guidance.
