Hello and welcome to this Akashic Records meditation.
This is a sacred journey to the infinite library of your soul's experiences,
Wisdom and truth.
Whether this is your first time or a return,
Know that you are deeply guided and protected.
Please find a comfortable position seated or lying down,
Closing your eyes and taking a deep breath in through the nose and exhaling gently through the mouth,
Allowing your body to soften and your energy to settle.
Feel yourself rooted into the earth,
Visualising soft golden roots growing from your tailbone and your feet,
Anchoring you deeply into the heart of the earth and now visualising a golden thread extending from the top of your head,
Rising up,
Connecting you to the divine,
To source,
To the wisdom of the universe.
You are now connected above and below,
Safe,
Grounded and supported.
Repeat silently.
With love and reverence,
I now open the Akashic Records of my soul.
May only truth,
Healing and clarity come through.
I welcome the wisdom I am ready to receive and trust.
Feel the space around you shift,
A sense of expansion,
A gentle hum of energy.
You may see colours,
Feel warmth or simply sense an otherworldly presence.
The records are open.
You are walking up a staircase of golden light and with each step you feel lighter,
More open.
A large wooden door awaits you,
Carved with symbols ancient and familiar.
Place your hand on the door and when you're ready,
Gently push it open.
You are now inside the Akashic Records.
This space may appear as a library,
A temple or something entirely unique to you.
Allow your soul to show you what it needs to see.
There may be a guide,
A teacher or a guardian waiting for you to show you around.
And if they come forward,
If you haven't been here before,
Allow them to show you around.
You can ask them the questions that you are seeking answers to.
And they might show you the relevant records to make sense of your purpose.
The first question you might feel inclined to ask What soul lesson am I currently learning?
What past life is influencing me?
What does my soul want me to remember right now?
Ask any questions you feel called to bring to this space.
Listening patiently,
Trusting that the right answers will come to you.
If you aren't sure what to ask,
Simply sit in the presence of divine knowing.
When you feel your time in the records is complete,
Thank your guide,
Your guardian,
And thank the Akashic Records with love and reverence.
As you walk to the great door and close it firmly behind you,
Feel yourself descending back down that golden staircase,
With each step integrating the lessons and the wisdom that has come forward today.
Until you eventually reach the bottom,
Feeling yourself return to the physical body and opening your eyes,
You may wish to journal what you received today and know that any insights may continue to unfold in the hours and days to come.
