Blessing means to anchor good radiance energy and infuse a situation or person with sacred light. It is a universal act that transcends cultures and religions, Connecting us all to the divine light. Now gently close your eyes, If it feels safe to, And bring your awareness to your heart. Feel it's warm, It's ridden and the love that resides within you. With each breath allow yourself to sink deeper into this sacred space. And now as you inhale imagine golden light filling your heart, Expanding with every beat. As you exhale let this light flow through your entire being, Radiating peace and love. And with this presence softly say the blessing May the golden rain of blessing, Peace and protection, Flow through me and into the world, Reaching everything to which I am visibly and invisibly connected. May the golden rain of blessing, Peace and protection repeatedly flow through me, Around me, Around all beings and around the world, For the glory and honor of creation. Stay in this energy for a moment, Feeling this blessing you have sent and received. Let it flow through your hands and with it let love blow into your life. When you are ready gently open your eyes, Carrying this beautiful golden light with you into your day. Have a blessed one.
