Sarah Schain is a certified Yoga Therapist with over 20 years experience teaching yoga, meditation, stress management, Reiki and sound healing. She has extensive training in all of these fields, including a master’s degree in Audiology which is the foundation for her knowledge in human development, disorders and diseases. Sarah created a specialized therapeutic technique called SomoBreathe, incorporating Sound Therapy, Integrative Movement Therapy, and Breathwork to reduce stress and optimize well-being. These techniques strengthen and build new pathways in the brain for managing stress and shifting the mind and body to a more relaxed state. When you are relaxed, you are more able to focus, learn, feel positive and connect with others. Learning self care, resilience and growth mindset are skills that will be your lifelong superpower.
