This is a guided morning meditation inviting you to plug into your own superpower through the sound of your voice. Tune up your body & mind through vocal chanting OM, AH and Hum to feel calm, balanced and more positive. These practices will help improve breathing, relax the facial muscles, soothe and balance the central nervous system and boost the immune system. Enjoy the experience of toning, space to sit with that self-generated energy, then sealing it with an energizing breath.

Good morning.

Thank you for waking up with me today.

As we start to bring awareness and energy to our body and mind,

I would like to call your attention to the most powerful instrument in the universe.

The sound of your own voice.

The sound of your voice resonates at your own natural frequency.

A frequency is simply a vibration.

This frequency changes based on high vibration and low vibration thoughts,

Feelings,

And actions.

When you are aligned with thoughts and words that come from a place of love,

You are raising your frequency.

When you are aligned with thoughts and words that come from a place of fear,

You are lowering your frequency.

Today,

I invite you to take a compassionate and mindfulness approach to your self-talk and your speech.

Aligning yourself with thoughts and speech that serve your highest and best good along with the good of others.

And if this is too far of a reach for you,

That's okay.

Can you choose a thought,

A feeling,

Or action that is one half step above where you are right now?

And with baby steps of intention,

Awareness,

And consciousness,

You will flow towards a higher vibration.

Because we are all born with superpowers.

The power of our breath,

The power of sound,

And the power of light.

And the sounds you make are truly a superpower.

Setting the tone for your actions,

For your feelings,

And how you show up in the world.

So today,

Let's start our meditation by activating our superpower with some vocal toning together.

Please join me right now.

Find a comfortable seated position,

Grounding your sits bones,

Lengthening through the top of your head,

But soften the belly.

Squeeze your shoulder blades together ever so slightly just to lift your heart.

And as you lift your heart,

Imagine opening your heart.

Not only are you giving,

But you are receiving through that heart opening space.

And before we begin,

I want you to think of a person,

A place,

Or an experience that you feel deeply grateful for.

I want you to create it in your mind's eye and start to generate a true feeling of joy,

Appreciation,

And love for that movie in your mind.

Let every single cell vibrate with this feeling of gratitude,

Love,

Connection.

Take a moment and bask in that feeling before we begin.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Maybe a soft smile,

A softening in the body and the mind,

A physical softening in the face or the shoulders.

Invite the sensation from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

And let's start to sing beginning with that vibration of gratitude because you can never be stressed and grateful in the same moment.

Let us begin.

Start to bring your awareness back to your body,

Back to your breath,

Noticing any sensations or shifts of energy.

Take a moment to set your intention for today.

Think of how you want to feel and what action can you take to help you get there.

Take your intention and summarize it into its most basic form,

One word.

Let this be your intention and your affirmation for today.

May it radiate from your heart,

May it shine from your eyes,

And may it harmonize from your lips.

Seal this practice with an energizing breath altogether.

Sweep your arms up above your head,

Energize out through your fingertips,

Big inhale from your nose.

Ball your fists up and exhale through the mouth as you pull your arms down into your belly.

Again,

Sweep your arms up towards the sky,

Energize out through your fingertips,

Big inhale from your nose.

Ball your hands as you exhale out the mouth,

Pulling your arms into your belly.

Last time,

Big inhale,

Up,

Up,

Up.

Exhale.

Namaste.
