And let us begin our meditation.
Please sit comfortably.
Keep your spine straight and let's begin by closing our eyes.
I want you to begin breathing deeply and slowly.
And before you let go completely,
Before you go into a deep meditative state,
Just let yourself listen carefully to everything I say to you.
It's going to happen automatically,
So you don't need to think about that now.
And you will need no conscious effort or control over what is going to happen.
Meditation is an easy mental ability and should never feel as an effort.
In the next few minutes you will see how you dive into a deep state of meditation easily and smoothly.
Start by observing the muscles in and around your eyes.
Notice how those muscles will relax all by themselves as you continue breathing easily and freely.
Without thinking about it,
You will soon enter into a deep,
Peaceful,
Relaxed sort of state without any effort.
There is nothing important for your conscious mind to do.
Absolutely nothing whatsoever to do,
Except to relax.
There is nothing really important except the activities of your subconscious mind.
And that can be just as automatic as dreaming.
And you know how easily you can forget your dreams when you awaken?
We are already drifting into this relaxed,
Peaceful mental state.
Without noticing it,
You have already altered your rate of breathing.
You are breathing much more easily and freely.
And yet you had not thought about your breathing except at the beginning.
And now you can really enjoy relaxing more and more.
And your subconscious mind will listen to each word I say.
And it keeps becoming less important for you to consciously listen to my voice.
Your subconscious mind can hear even if I whisper.
While your mind becomes centered and expanding effortlessly.
We are continuing to drift into a more detached state.
As you notice energy flowing into your third eye,
Situated in the middle of your forehead.
You will notice as we keep going that you are oscillating between a focused state of mind and a spontaneous associative mental flow.
And that's very good.
There is no need to force the mind into meditation.
We will respect its need to experience thoughts and associations while gently bringing it into a meditation state.
And now examine privately in your own mind secrets,
Feelings,
Sensations and behavior.
Perhaps you didn't know you had,
While at the same time letting go completely.
Your own mind is solving that problem at your own pace.
Just as rapidly as it feels you are ready.
You continue becoming more relaxed and comfortable.
As you sit there with your eyes closed and as your third eye opens more and more.
As you experience that deepening comfort,
You don't have to move or talk or let anything bother you.
Your own inner mind can respond automatically to everything I tell you.
And you will be pleasantly surprised with your continuous progress.
You are getting more closer to a deep meditation state.
And you are beginning to realize that you don't care whether or not you are going into a deep mindful state.
Being in this peaceful state enables you to experience the comfort of meditation.
Meditation is always a very enjoyable,
Very pleasant,
Calm,
Peaceful,
Completely relaxing experience.
It seems natural to include meditation in your future.
You will always enjoy the sensations of comfort,
Of calmness,
And all the other sensations that come automatically from this wonderful experience.
You will find yourself feeling really happy that you have now discovered meditation.
Discovered meditation and all the positive benefits that it can bring to you.
Because you are learning something about yourself.
And you are exploring the deepest levels of your own fascinating mind.
You are developing your own meditation abilities without knowing you are developing them.
And now you are feeling so very centered and clear,
Fully rooted in the present moment.
You can feel your mind is becoming clear to you and an integral part of your being.
And without effort,
Simply by directing your will,
You can make your mind expand and contract as you wish.
You can direct your mind to any object or topic that you wish to perceive with your third eye.
And now you wish to allow your mind to expand even more.
What may feel as a surprise sooner or later,
A very pleasant surprise,
That when you use your imagination,
Your mind grows in power even more.
Now imagine yourself in a place you like very much.
Perhaps by a lake or by the ocean.
Perhaps you are floating gently on a sailboat,
On a peaceful lake,
On a warm summer day.
You are continuing to relax even more now.
And you continue becoming more comfortable.
This is your own world that you like very much.
You are going to find that anytime you want to spend a few minutes by yourself,
Relaxing and feeling very comfortable and serene,
You can automatically go back to this feeling you are experiencing now.
You can put yourself into this world anytime you like.
There are times when you will want this serene feeling and it is yours whenever you want it.
And now,
While you are in this peaceful state,
With your imagination helping you to experience your inner world,
Remind yourself that there is nothing else you need to do.
Nothing whatsoever to pursue.
Simply allow yourself to stay in this peaceful state of tranquility,
With your mind at peace and yet fully present,
Enjoying its own splendor while seeing clearly the reality of your own true self.
You may stay in this meditation state for as long as you wish.
And now,
As we come to conclusion,
Take three deep breaths,
Slowly and calmly.
And as you complete the last deep breath,
You feel full of energy and vitality.
You become much more aware of your physical body now.
And soon,
You'll notice that you can move your fingers and toes,
And slowly,
With no hurry,
You bring yourself back from the meditative state to a fully conscious,
Wakeful state.
Take your time.
Now take a few moments to reconnect to the outer world and complete your meditation,
Feeling the wonderful benefits your meditation has given you.
And those benefits will stay with you now and in the future to come.
