Close your eyes.

You're bringing your attention to your breathing.

Imagine the air coming in,

Filling your lungs,

Your whole body full of love.

And when you breathe out,

Imagine that love going back to the world.

Breathing in,

Feeling that the existence is pouring love into you.

And when you breathe out,

Feel that you're pouring that love back to existence.

Start creating that magic of making love with your breathing.

Breathing in love and breathing out love.

The quality of your breath must be changed by now.

Breathing love and life are all connected.

Continue breathing and let your breathing become your meditation.
