We don't want the breath to be shallow and tight.
We want the breath to be moving deep in and out of your beautiful body.

The truth is,
You have everything you need within you right now,

You have everything you need within you as you breathe in and out of your beautiful body.
But think deeper.

But also calm?
Does your chest feel expansive?
