This is a meditation to awaken your inner peace.
This is a meditation to help you remember who you really are,
To connect with your intuition,
To feel the love that resides inside.
Go ahead and get comfortable.
Please sit up for this meditation.
You can have your feet placed firmly on the ground below you,
With your knees slightly apart as they relax into this pose,
With your hands face up on your lap.
Have your chin parallel to the floor so your crown chakra,
The top of your head,
Is in alignment with the sky,
In alignment with the universe.
Go ahead now and start to bring your focus and attention to your breath.
Feeling aware of the subtle movements in your body as you breathe.
Feeling the subtle vibrations in your body as you breathe.
Feeling the wave of air expand your lungs.
Feel this air expand your abdomen as you inhale.
Feel the subtle changes in your body even though you are sitting perfectly still,
Your eyes closed,
In alignment with the sky,
Grounded to the earth,
With your hands open to receive healing light.
Consciously start to slow down your breath.
You take inhaled breaths and exhaled breaths for longer moments.
Start to bring your attention to the top of your head,
Your crown chakra.
I'd like you to imagine sparkles of light buzzing around your crown chakra and imagine these sparkles of light falling through your crown chakra down your spine like a little tube of light,
Sparkle of light dancing through your body down your legs.
Imagine the light coming out to the soles of your feet and into the earth.
I'd like you now to imagine that these sparkles of white light,
This healing light,
This nourishing light,
This light of protection is all around you in the room that you're in and imagine this white light,
This sparkle light pushing the surface all around you,
Dancing in the air,
Connecting with the air that you breathe.
Healing light,
This healing energy is all around you on the floor,
The ceiling,
The walls,
Your lampshade,
Perhaps picture frames,
This light that's dancing around you.
Inhaling and exhaling.
I'd like you now to imagine this white light is on the surface of your skin,
The skin that's exposed and I'd like you to imagine this white light is now on your clothing or on the blanket that may be over you,
The top of your head,
Touching your hair,
Your eyelashes,
Your nose.
With your inhale breath,
I'd like you to imagine pulling this white light,
Allowing this white light to be absorbed by your skin into your body to connect with the light that's already there.
Now start to imagine this white light is expanding all through your body,
Through every organ,
Your heart,
Your liver,
Your stomach,
Through every system.
Imagine this white light dancing around your muscles,
Your bones,
Every cell of your body,
Healing any area it touches,
Strengthening every area it touches.
This white light is now expanding then your arms,
Your hands,
Your legs,
Your feet.
It's come up through your neck,
Your head,
Within the back of your eyes.
Exhaling and exhaling,
Knowing that this white healing light,
This universal light is in you.
I'd like you now to imagine that this white light is starting to infuse together.
All these once were individual sparkles of light are now coming together as one inside of you.
This light is getting brighter,
Stronger as it's infused in you,
Cooning your organs through your organs,
Your bones,
Your muscles,
Through your entire being.
You are now one with the universe.
You are now this white light,
This being.
I'd like you to imagine this white light is brightening any areas of tension or stress or aches and pains,
Healing these areas as it expands light into any areas of discomfort in your body,
Fading out of the darkness as it brightens your body,
Strengthening your mind,
Strengthening your heart,
Strengthening your soul.
I'd like you now to imagine this white light is now coming out through your body,
Through your eyes,
Your ears,
Your nose,
Your mouth,
Through the pores of your skin,
Through the soles of your feet and the top of your head.
This white light is connected to the sky,
Connected to the universe,
Connected to the earth,
Connected to the energies around you.
This white light runs through you.
You are one with the universe.
You are connected to the universal supply of abundance.
You are connected to this wisdom of the earth.
As you sit here in this moment,
Aware of the light that shines within,
Notice any insight,
Wonder,
Gorgeous ideas that come to mind,
Come to heart.
You are one with the universe.
Feel your body becoming light as a feather.
Feel your heart feeling free and open,
Feeling the gratitude expand as you are one with the universe.
It is in this light that you manifest the life you desire.
Use this light as you roll your eyes upwards and inwards towards your third eye,
The space in between your eyebrows to visualize one goal or dream that you'd like to bring closer,
Bring into your reality.
All that vision as it's surrounded by white light.
As you exhale,
Send that vision into the ether,
Send that vision to the universe like a message,
If you will,
So the universe can support you in making this dream your reality.
Exhaling and exhaling,
Keeping your eyes focused on your third eye.
I'd like you to repeat in your mind after me.
I am one with the universe.
I am light.
I am love.
I radiate from within.
I radiate joy from within.
I am connected to the universal supply of abundance.
I am safe.
I am love.
Imagine this white light is now cocooning you like a beautiful feather all around your body,
Like a feather dancing all around your body in a beautiful dome of protection.
Your energy is safe.
You are protected.
You can stay aligned with this light as you are protected,
Guided and directed.
Take one more deep breath in this moment in space.
As you exhale through your mouth,
The sigh.
Your eyes close as you start to be aware of your physical body as you consciously bring your feeling and emotion and your energy back into your toes,
Your legs.
Be aware of your lower back,
Your shoulders,
Your hands.
The energy around your head,
Your third eye,
The top of your head.
As you expand your awareness around the room that you are in,
The peace around you,
The noise you hear.
Feeling in your chest as you breathe,
The softness of your energy right now as you are connected to the universal light of love.
You are connected to the universal light of love.
Take one more deep breath in through your nose,
Out through your mouth with a sigh.
When you're ready,
You may open your eyes as you bring your hands to your heart one more time and say,
I am love.
