Jessica Buck

Jess is a deeply embodied yoga instructor, writer, and integrative clinical yoga therapist with a practice in Warwick, NY, USA. She received her Master's of Science in Yoga Therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health where she also earned her C-IAYT & RYT-500. She has taught and continues to teach yin yoga, vinyasa yoga, qigong, strength-based yoga, therapeutic yoga, menstruality awareness, and mindful movement classes. All her classes aim to facilitate grounding anxiety, increasing body awareness, proprioception, and encouraging a sense of intimate connection to the Self. Through her work, she aims to provide a space of comfort, connection, expansion and safety so you can hear your wise internal voice. She is passionate about bridging the gap between science and wisdom to further the accessibility of much needed nervous system regulation tools. I LOVED your gradual, slow and calm way to relax the mind and body… thank you thank you thank you thank you 🥺 This made me so relaxed. I suffer from ME/CFS, so my nervous system is overloaded all the time, but you really made me relaxed and feel calm. I started this exercise very anxious and tense, now im left with calm 💛 So grateful for you doing this 🤍
