Start by breathing in through the nose,
And breathing out through your mouth.
Breathe in,

Three,
Four,
Breathe out,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Breathe in,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Breathe out,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Continue in this rhythm for another minute.
And with the next breathing,
Synchronize again with me.
So breathe in,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And breathe out,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Breathe in,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Breathe out,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
And now continue in this rhythm for another minute.
Now finish your next breathing and then let your breath return to normal.
And while your breath just returns to normal,
Close your eyes if you haven't done so,
And realize all the sounds that happen around you.
Do not judge the sounds,
Just notice whatever is there,
Whether it's your breath,
Your heart pumping,
Noises around you.
And now for one moment,
Let go of any focus and just be.
