A lot of nuance and a lot of detail here so let's get into it.
Firstly you have the nine of bells which is in the traditional tarot the nine of swords but even if you just imagine what the card has to say you can feel the confusion you can feel the disruption you can feel the fear you can feel the loneliness and the hopelessness and there's a sense that I won't be able to do this thing I want to do.
My mind is running the show and I'm letting my negative thoughts get the better of me.
