As the day winds down,

Let's find a quiet space together where you can be with your thoughts and undisturbed from the rush of the corporate world.

Close your eyes gently if you'd like and start to feel or envision a warm golden light surrounding you.

This light is your companion and it's going to help to guide you towards a peaceful state of mind.

My name is Simone Catherine and in today's meditation we're going to go from busy corporate life to something that's more connected to our heart center,

Our own life purpose,

Whatever that looks like for you.

Take a slow deep breath in counting to four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold gently at the top and savor the moment as you exhale fully pushing all of the air out of your lungs as far as you can get it out with it releasing any tension and feel the breath return to you,

Your vital life force returning with it.

Feel your shoulders soften,

Your body releasing the grip of the day's stress as each breath draws you closer to your center,

To the core of your being where clarity and calm are found.

Imagine standing in the midst of a lush green forest.

The whispering leaves speak of balance and tranquility as the light dances ever so sweetly off of the leaves moving in the wind.

A light warm breeze fills your body and fills your mind.

Imagine now that you can hear the leaves whispering,

Speaking to you of balance and tranquility.

You hear them talking about centuries of watching humans move about,

Move around,

All of the little battles and worries and fears,

How they have seen the cycle of forward,

Backward,

Upward,

Downward,

Rebirth,

And death.

Hear them whispering into your ear and as they do so your whole body begins to relax and you begin to watch something that happened in your day that perhaps didn't feel that good,

Something that made you sad,

Angry,

Annoyed.

And then you look down at your feet and realize that they are rooted into the ground just like trees.

And you can feel actually how your feet are growing into the ground more and more.

And you realize that whatever happened today is actually just like the wind in those leaves.

And you can feel it as you realize that your arms,

Your head,

Your hair,

Your upper body,

Your fingers,

Even your fingernails,

Are actually tree branches.

And at the end are beautiful green leaves swaying in the wind with the light bouncing off of them.

And you can feel that your trunk,

The trunk of your body,

Is the trunk of the tree.

This is you.

You can see your legs and feet growing stronger and stronger into the ground.

As you watch in the sky anything that may have happened to you washing past you on the air.

And then you begin to see that it's dark out.

And then you see that the sun is rising again.

You feel that the seasons are starting to turn colder and colder and snow falls all around you.

You watch as the snow begins to melt and the flowers begin to bloom.

And watch as your own leaves begin to sprout again.

And you find yourself still in the same place,

Still watching all of the changes around the world,

Knowing that you are grounded and rooted in yourself.

Take another deep breath in.

And this time release anything still lingering in your mind.

Another deep breath in.

And a long sigh out.

You can even shake your body gently,

Move the joints in your fingers,

In your toes,

In your ankles,

In your knees,

In your hips,

In your shoulders,

Even in your neck.

You can open and close your jaw and start to just feel the world around you as you come back to the present moment.

Eyes still closed.

And just before you go,

I want you to imagine exactly what you would like to begin working on right now for your life purpose,

For your business.

What would be the easiest,

Quickest,

Sharpest,

And most aligned action that you could take right now to get you just one degree closer to your life purpose or successful business?

Now you can begin to open your eyes,

Come back to the mirror,

Come back to the room.

Take one last deep breath in and out.

Bring a renewed sense of purpose and life back into you,

Knowing that things will happen.

Connect back every single time you need to make this transition to this audio.

It will bring you the strength and serenity that you need on a daily basis to refocus your energy and approach your life purpose or your business from a place of peace and serenity.

From a place of strength,

Alignment,

Integrity,

And hope,

Leaving behind the energies that we pick up during the day.
