Welcome to this five minute morning meditation.
You can do this while lying down or sitting up in a comfortable position.
What I advise is to do this right as you wake up.
We will be doing breath work that will allow for you to feel the energy flowing in.
It is time to wake up your beautiful mind,
Heart,
And body.
We are going to begin with deep breaths to get oxygen flowing to your mind.
As you breathe in,
I want you to imagine light energy entering your body.
As you breathe out,
This energy is flowing down from your head all the way down to your toes.
Observe how this energy makes you feel energized,
Warm,
Excited,
Comfortable.
Remember,
Breathe in through the nose all the way deep into your diaphragm and breathe out.
As you breathe out your last breath,
It is time to imagine that this energy is an anchor that is flowing through you down to the earth,
Down through the rich soil,
Rocks,
Through the mud,
Until it reaches the core of the earth,
Rooting you like a tree.
Observe how this feels now.
As you breathe,
Begin to go back to your natural rhythm.
I want you to take a moment to observe where you feel this breath.
No need to control or change,
Just observe as it goes in and out.
As thoughts arise,
Note that you are having a thought by simply saying thought and then gently focus your attention back onto your breath.
Now,
I want you to repeat after me,
Either mouthing the words or out loud,
I choose to be worthy of love.
I choose to be worthy of grace.
Once you begin to come out of your meditation,
Give yourself a big hug,
Bring your knees in and repeat these words before beginning your day.
I am grounded,
Strong and in full loving mindset.
