This guided meditation is a journey to certain body parts, and to the centre of the heart to awaken self-compassion and gratitude. Zsuzsanna`s spirit-led soul-sing at the end helps you to feel the radiating heart. The scripture was created in a way to bring you groundedness and relaxation in the beginning, then to lead you to inner peace and a lifted state. Some part contains nature sound instead of the beginning and ending bells, so this guided meditation can be used before sleeping. This track contains ambient sounds in the background

Welcome!

Let me invite you into a journey,

Into your body and into your heart.

If you are ready,

Then sit with a straight back.

If you are in a chair,

Just feel your feet as they are touching the floor.

This helps you to connect to your body and to feel that you are held.

Relax your hips,

Let the buttocks melt into your seat.

Feel the gravity.

Let your body relax into your seat.

Now,

Imagine that you can shrink and change the size of your body,

So you can sit on your own shoulder.

You can choose whatever side.

Imagine that you can become so tiny that you can jump up to the entrance of the ear.

If you feel ready,

Walk into the tunnel of your ear.

Look around.

You can say,

Thank you,

That I can hear all the sounds in the world.

I can hear friends and loved ones.

I can hear the birds,

I can hear the train and the cars and my breathing.

Continue your walk down the throat.

Look around when you get there.

You can touch the skin there and say,

Thank you,

That I can speak freely.

Thank you,

That I can say I love you or see you tomorrow.

You can send love through your hands to all the cells in the throat.

When you are ready,

You can go further down.

You can visit your heart.

Look at your heart.

How can you sense your heart?

Can you hear it?

Can you see it?

Do you want to touch it?

If you want,

You can hug your heart and say,

Thank you.

Thank you for my physical heart,

For circulating the life force and keeping me alive.

Thank you for my feeling heart,

For reminding me how to stay connected to the web of life.

Now visit the lungs.

Be aware of the one on the right side.

Then bring your focus to the lung on the left side.

Now be aware of both of them.

You can say,

Thank you for keeping me alive.

Thank you for keeping me healthy and strong.

Now you can choose a body part.

You can scan your body from toes,

Through the legs,

Through the tummy,

Through the hands and arms,

Shoulders,

Neck,

Head.

And you choose a body part that arises in your mind.

Maybe this is a part of your body that needs love and appreciation.

See and say,

Thank you.

You belong to me,

Even that I haven't appreciated you.

I'm sorry.

I love you.

You belong to me.

Now imagine that there's a throne in the center of your heart.

Give a moment to observe while you are standing in front of it.

So this is a seat.

Observe the legs of the throne,

The colors and materials.

Is there any decoration or motif?

Would you be happy to sit in this throne?

When you are ready,

Just sit down with slightly lifted chest and say,

I claim back my sacred place into this world.

Imagine that someone brings you a chain of flowers onto your head.

What flowers are there?

Or do you have leaves?

This is your nature crown.

And as you sit there,

The beautiful energy of the feeling heart is pulsing.

It's around you.

You are the energy of the heart.

And imagine a light and the lightness fills completely and reaches the edges of the heart.

And then from the heart it spreads towards the skin to all direction in the body.

It fills the whole body.

It radiates its light all over the body.

And then imagine that it goes even further into the room.

And this is just enough to claim your sacred place into this world.

Every cell into your body deserves this sacred place.

Now imagine that you climb back to your ear.

At the same time,

You can keep the feeling in your heart.

Sit back on the shoulder and groove back into your body.

Feel your fingers,

Toes,

Feel your body.

And when you are ready,

You can open your eyes.

Welcome back into your world.
