Welcome and thank you for taking the time to listen to this meditation,
To access your natural gifts.
Make sure you are in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed and get into a pleasant position.
Now turn off all distractions,
Let go of responsibilities and commit this time for yourself,
For self-care.
I invite you to make yourself comfortable and when you are ready close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Breathe in with all your potential and breathe out slowly.
When you inhale bring your full awareness to your breath and when you exhale,
Exhale calm,
Softness.
Breathe in awareness in your body and breathe out calm,
Softness.
When you inhale say to yourself I am talented and when you exhale feeling relaxation flow over you.
Exhale another nice deep breath and say I have natural gifts and exhale feeling so very relaxed.
Once more breathe in deeply and say my gifts guide me to fulfill my purpose and let the breath go feeling even more relaxed than you did before.
Little by little make your exhale longer than you are in hell.
Now your body naturally calm down.
Do this for a few breaths then allow your breath to keep its natural rhythm.
Just let it be.
As you enjoy in this realization that you have generated begin to visualize yourself having attained a goal you are passionate about.
See yourself clearly moving about and feeling proud of this accomplishment.
Acting as much detail as you can making this visual vivid and powerful.
Now witness the skills that you have used in attaining this goal.
What kinds of talents do you have that pushed you towards?
Shape is to generalize or to be given to completion faster than you hadatra warrior's first Clearly,
See yourself talented in all the ways you desire to be.
You are the only one who can be.
You are the only one who can be.
You are the only one who can be.
This is your life,
So you can do anything you put your mind to when utilizing your individual's gifts.
You are the only one who can be.
Hear yourself saying these affirmations.
I have many talents.
I use my gifts solely for the forces of good.
My strength bared myself and the world around me.
I have an inner genius that only needs to be recognized to assess.
I practice my skills regularly to perfect my own self.
I practice my skills regularly to perfect my abilities.
I use my gifts to fulfill my life's purpose.
Breathe in deeply to amplify these intentions within your subconscious mind.

Now,
Just relax and notice how you feel right now.
Can you sense an inner knowing of your special talents?
Become aware of what is brought up in your mind when you think of your talents.
What do you notice?
Feel how you feel when you are letting your talents come into your conscious mind.

In a moment,
You will come back to the pleasant time.
Bringing back new knowledge on your inner genius and knowing that practicing your talent is what helps the world become a better place.
Extend gratitude towards yourself for accessing these gifts and utilizing them on a daily basis.
You are making a difference in not only your life,
But the lives of many by doing so.
You are making a difference in not only your life,
But your inner genius and not only your talents.
Slowly beginning to come out of the state of comfort.
Bring your awareness back to the present moment,
To your physical body.
Bring your awareness where you are in this moment.
Begin to bring some gentle movement to your body.
And when you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
