Welcome and thank you for making the time to listen to this sound healing session.

This practice can bring balance and harmony to the body,

Mind and spirit.

It is more beneficial when is done often.

And now turn off all distractions and commit this time for yourself.

In this sound healing session know that your breath is the focal point to the present moment and from there observe what is happening in your experience.

You know that you are always in the present moment when you are attentive to your breath.

Don't suppress and don't repress anything.

Everything is welcome.

Feel the sensations in your body.

Observe the emotions that are arising.

Be aware of the thoughts that you receive.

When you notice that your attention is lost on the thoughts going through your mind,

Take a deep breath and gently return your attention to your breath.

Return your attention to your focal point.

Now I invite you to make yourself comfortable and when you are ready close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Breathe in with all your potential and breathe out slowly.

When you inhale bring your full awareness to your breath.

And when you exhale,

Exhale calm softness.

Breathe in awareness in your body.

Breathe out calm softness.

Little by little make your exhale longer than your inhale.

Allow your body naturally to calm down.

Do this for a few breaths then allow your breath to keep its natural rhythm.

Just let it be.

Continue focusing on your breath.

Continue focusing on your focal point.

And observe what is happening in your experience.

Observe the sensations in your body,

The emotions that are arising.

Be aware of the thoughts that you receive.

Harmonized and at peace Begin to bring some gentle movements to your body And when you are ready,
