Welcome to this guided meditation on letting go of negative emotions and allowing your self to heal from any anxieties,
Worries,
Any challenges that you may be facing in your life right now.
To begin,
Make sure that you are completely comfortable and in a space where you feel safe and can fully let yourself relax and go deep.
Let's start by taking some deep nourishing breaths,
Completely filling your lungs fully and fully breathing out.
Letting everything melt away.
Letting yourself to come inside and let the awareness of the body fade away.
The body is just a space that you are inhabiting for a short period of time and we use the body to experience life.
It's when we get caught up in the drama or the emotions of life that we get stuck,
That we get caught in the web.
And when we feel our emotions,
They come up for a reason.
So as we continue to breathe,
Allow whatever you're feeling to arise fully and allow yourself to feel the emotion fully.
There is no need to force,
No need for judgement.
You're just welcoming this feeling and allowing it to be present.
Letting everything melt away.
Whatever you're feeling,
It's okay.
Just breathe into it and let it be what it is.
This feeling is not who you are.
It's not you.
It is here.
And so,
With this awareness,
You bring a beautiful being of light in front of you,
Like a spiritual sun.
Divine being of light that has come to pull all the negative emotions,
Everything that no longer serves you.
So you take a deep breath in,
And as you breathe out,
You surrender this feeling to the light,
Watching it dissolve and melt into the light,
Disappearing completely.
This being is here to take everything away and leave you with only good feelings.
And so you breathe out,
Letting go of these emotions,
Watching them dissolve into the light.
And as you breathe in,
You breathe in this beautiful,
Powerful light from the spiritual sun,
Just like you are taking in rays from the sun outside.
You're just allowing,
Allowing yourself to be filled.
The light is filling every cell within your body,
Every corner of your being,
Clearing out anything that doesn't feel like it belongs to you.
Washing away all of the negativity.
And you're just letting go.
And you just continue with this natural process of letting go of the emotions,
Watching them almost be pulled out of you like smoke and watching them dissolve and completely disappear into the presence of this golden,
Divine light.
And as you breathe in,
You're just allowing the light to fill you,
Nourish you,
So that you are absorbing peace.
And as you breathe in,
You're just allowing the light to fill you,
Nourish you,
So that you are absorbing peace.
And as you breathe in,
You're just allowing the light to fill you,
Nourish you,
So that you are absorbing peace.
You are a being of light.
And you are loved.
The more you surrender to a higher power,
The more you are filled with light,
And everything else fades away,
So that all you see is light.
You are absorbed in light,
And you are completely held and completely safe.
And as you come back into the awareness of your body and the world around you,
You see the beauty of the world around you,
And you feel a sense of lightness and ease,
A feeling of being recharged and renewed.
And you keep this awareness with you throughout the day,
Knowing that this easy and simple practice of letting go and filling yourself with love and light,
Know that you can come back to this at any time throughout the day and be recharged.
