Welcome to this guided meditation.
To begin your morning by coming into a space of inner awareness and peace.
So just begin by breathing in,
Taking in all the fresh oxygen.
Filling your lungs and breathing out.
Relaxing into the silence within yourself.
Your center of peace.
And just breathing in and out.
Allowing the body to just melt.
Coming into an awareness of your inner world,
Your inner light.
Breathing in that awareness and letting the energy of your inner peace,
Your inner world,
Fill you up.
You are a being of divine light.
An eternal being.
That is always safe,
Always secure,
And eternally free.
This body is just a costume.
A part,
A role that you play,
And the drama of life.
And you experience many things throughout your day,
Throughout this life.
And you find comfort when you detach from all of the things around you.
All of the stresses of the day,
The situations,
The ties,
The bonds,
The emotions.
And you bring your awareness back inside,
Back into your center,
Back into the being of peace.
The being of love,
And feeling that power,
That pure power that you are and forever will be.
What you are will never change.
You are eternal.
You were,
You are,
You will be.
You smile,
Feeling the joy of your own self,
Feeling the joy of you.
This can never be taken from you.
You can relax,
Knowing you are always safe and always loved.
Smiling as the inner joy overflows and fills your entire being with happiness.
And rays of light pour from you,
And you are glowing as if you were a full moon in the night sky.
Smiling the smile of peace and contentment all around you.
You are originally and eternally a pure being of light.
It's what you will always be.
As you go about your day,
You keep this awareness with you.
Keeping that inner smile,
Knowing that you are the light,
That you are eternal.
And a being of love and peace who is always safe,
Always held,
And forever loved.
